Located .5 miles from Englewood Beach, this 6 bedroom, 3 full bathroom home features a heated pool. The home sleeps 10-12 persons. Wall-mounted AC will keep you cool during the summer months. The whole family will appreciate the indoor and outdoor space. Nearly half acre of fenced yard includes multi-level decks and patios, heated in-ground pool and outdoor shower. The home has custom kitchen with adjoining dining room, living room with indoor fireplace and lots of sleeping space. The neighborhood is full of cottages and has the perfect beach-like vibe one seeks out on Cape Cod. Enjoy all that Cape Cod has to offer with a backyard BBQ while sunning or swimming in the pool or taking one of the bikes for a ride to the beach.

Bedroom Descriptions:
The cottage has six bedrooms and three bathrooms. There are three bedrooms on first floor: room 1: queen-sized bed, room 2: double bed and room 3: bunk bed and toddler bed. Upstairs you will find the master suite with king bed and additional room with queen bed and crib. The first floor bathroom has a shower and washer and dryer. There is an additional full bathroom on second floor (en-suite to master bedroom, but can alternately be used as a family bathroom). The second floor bathroom has both tub and shower.

A covered breezeway connects the main house to two-car garage with a loft-like guest studio suite on second floor, which includes king-sized bed, trundle bed, sitting area, kitchenette (no oven/stove) and a third bathroom with shower.

Location:
Cape Life Cottage is a just a few blocks to the ocean and approx. 1/3 mile to Englewood Beach (great for the kids!). It is approximately 2 miles to well-known Seagull Beach and downtown Hyannis, as well as to the ferry terminal to Martha's Vineyard.
