We have been staying here at this house the past 3 years and each year the details of this house get better and better. Maryn and David know how to host that's for sure, no detail is left out and their attention and responsiveness are unmatched to other places we have stayed. When we had a question they responded so quick! We feel so welcome and comfortable and being able to bring our dog without hesitation is a plus for sure! We had a wonderful vacation and so thankful we found this place! We will be back that's for sure!

First time renting here but Wow… Beautiful home featuring immaculate interior and exterior. Home was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 4 children. Plus our two pups. Every possible amenity is thought of and available. All beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and beach cart !! Fully stocked kitchen. We could not have been happier. Very attentive owners. Having so much available made packing for our trip so much easier.. very close to shopping, great restaurants. Games and toys available for young and old. Our week was perfect and honestly can not wait until next year!!!!

Stayed last week of July 2025 at Maryn & Dave's near Cape Cod Bay beaches. Great open concept on 1st floor allowing large groups to interact with ease while preparing/eating meals ...etc. Nice bright/sunny well-manicured property w/ many lovely flowering plants adding much color. Outdoor fire pit was a highlight w/ decorative overhead lighting & close proximity to deck stairs. Wooded lots left and right provide privacy and sound barrier to neighbors so you can enjoy w/o worries.Very comfortable beds. Easy access to supplies (Peterson's Market) was a big plus. Owners very responsive to texts and keep things running smoothly! Everyone in our party said they'd love to come back next year!

We've been renting on the Cape for over 15 years, and this home is hands down the best property we've ever stayed in. Maryn and Dave are exceptional hosts—communication was seamless (anything we needed they responded), and every detail was thoughtfully arranged. We were greeted with a sweet welcome basket complete with s'mores, a special gift for our grandson, and even a treat for, our dog Rosie!

The house is beautifully organized and packed with amenities: a cozy outdoor firepit, a spacious backyard perfect for games and relaxation, fun yard games, a fully stocked kitchen, and even an extra fridge in the basement. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the location is ideal and just minutes from Mayflower Beach and right near a charming local farm.

We had a wonderful trip at Maryn & Dave's. This is our second time staying at the house and we will continue to stay there whenever we come to the Cape. It's well-appointed with everything you need, including beach gear that is well-maintained! We came with little ones and Maryn was even able to secure us a baby gate for the stairs. The location also can't be beat, with close proximity to Dennis beaches. The fenced in yard with a hammock, fire pit and the frequent bunny visitors is an oasis and we spent most of our evenings out there. Can't wait to come back next summer!

Maryn was very communicative from reaching out after I inquired about the property, reminders, easily accessible while we were in the house, and after we left:) The house was clean and the little hydrangea touches were awesome! The house had everything we needed and the space that we needed :)
The Fire pit was a favorite hang out spot at night and the kids loved roasting smores. The location of this house was perfection! Petersons Market which has everything, is right around the corner!

This is an amazing home for anyone traveling with pets and littles! The attention to detail throughout the home (including an awesome welcome gift for the littles!, an adorable coloring area and games for the kids) was incredible. I think one of our boys (and dogs) favorite features was the huge fenced in backyard! No need to worry about our curious 2 year old wandering to far or our squirrel chasing dog escaping! What you can't see in the photos is the deck has two sets of stairs - a short set of stairs on the other side for little legs and the long set of stairs has a gate at the top - an amazing feature for parents of littles! We will definitely be back! Thank you for having us!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family! The house was big, the backyard was fenced in (our dog might have loved the house more), and the amenities throughout the house were such an added bonus. The house is also in a great location, we were able to get to mayflower beach in 5 minutes! The house aside, our hosts were SO thoughtful and went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect! 10/10!!! Can't wait to rent again next year!!

We had a wonderful week-long stay in August 2024. The home comfortably accommodated 3 generations of family. The fenced in yard was perfect for the toddlers, and adults enjoyed gathering around the fire pit once kids were in bed. Location couldn't be better, close to beaches, and all our favorite bay-side places, but also easy to jump onto the midCape and spend a day at the National Seashore. The house was clean and well equipped. Owners were responsive and made a point of checking in to make sure everything was going well. If our schedules permit, we would happily return next year.

As soon as we walked in the door, we felt so welcomed. From the basket of treats (S'mores!), fresh flowers in every room, wildly comfortable beds, we felt right at home. Maryn & Dave made sure the house had everything to make us comfortable & happy & all of their recommendations were spot-on. Our grandchild loved the rocking chair her size & having endless tea parties. We made good use of the beautiful yard while our dogs had a blast unsuccessfully chasing the wandering rabbits. The location is perfect; you're not really far from anything! Our family has had Cape vacations for over 30 years & Maryn & Dave are the most accommodating, thoughtful hosts we've ever had. Thanks for a great visit!

We had 5 couples and fit perfectly! House is very nice and open. Outdoor deck is huge! Great outdoor shower! Fire Pit! Couches are comfortable. Beds were amazing - especially the California king in the upstairs master! Host supplies everything! Didn't even pack beach chairs! Hosts were available if needed by text or call. Lots of parking! Walking distance to the best market - Peterson's! 3 minute drive to the famous Mayflower beach! If we decide to come back, this place will be top on my list! You won't be disappointed. My whole family loved it! You will too!

Our family had a wonderful time at this property. There was plenty of space, the backyard was fantastic, especially with kids with it being fenced in. Hosts were great and checked in periodically and made sure we knew they were there to fix any issues right away!

I rented this property for my family vacation which include my wife and I and my 3 grown sons and their wives and my three grandchildren and my pooch Ziggy. The house was plenary big enough to accommodate all of us and the fenced backyard is an oasis and safe for the kids to play and the dog to roam safely. The kitchen was well equipped and well marked as to the location of everything you would need. Great spot / highly recommend.

This is our second year in a row staying here and again we had a wonderful time. As always Maryn and David made their home so welcoming for all of us including our dog we felt so comfortable staying there! Maryn was very responsive keeping us updated if we needed anything! The house was clean and well kept with everything we needed and having a pack and play available made our lives easier! Less things to pack! We had a wonderful time in the backyard and with it being fenced in we were not once worried about our dog and she loved it out there! We took full advantage of the fire pit and even got to see fireflies a few nights :) we hope to get there again! Thank you for everything!

My tradition is to offer and invite my two Children, my daughter in law, son in law and my three grandchildren to a yearly vacation together. Maryn & Dave's property allowed us the comfort to do that. The property is beautiful, well kept outdoors as well as indoors. We all appreciated how well stocked everything was from toiletries, to kitchen, and beach supplies. Their welcome packet and suggestions for bike rentals and beach pass were helpful. It was wonderful that they had everything in kitchen labeled, very helpful. The yard is huge, and allowed my three grandchildren age 8, 6, and 4 to be little kids. They loved the hammock and we all loved the fire pit, enjoying the fire and making s'mores. Thank you for allowing us to use your house, an amazing experience.

This home was ideal for our family reunion. Comfortable, ample room, quiet location but close to everything. Maryn is a wonderful host and was available for any questions or suggestions. Highly recommended.

We have stayed in many rentals, and this is definitely one of the best we have ever stayed! We were 4 adults, 2 toddlers and an infant and found this house to be very comfortable with everything we needed.

The Hosts: Maryn was great to have as a host. She was so responsive, kind and helpful to answer any question we had. She was also very organized and provided a wonderful welcome packet with great recommendations. They even gave a welcome gift of smores and treats which was such a nice touch. Fantastic host experience!

The House: This was the perfect house to fit our entire group on a quiet street. A really nice living room and kitchen, plenty of seating and a great smart TV with all the apps. The house was one of the best stocked rentals I have ever stayed (all kitchen and grilling/cooking supplies, condiments, coffee maker, shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the bathrooms too. Also a ton of great extras: 8+ beach towels, coolers, 6+ beach chairs, 2 kid beach chairs, water table for kids, kid play table, kid beach covers). If you wonder if they have something I would ask, because there is a good chance they do. The bedrooms were also fantastic (1st floor: 1 queen room, 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms including master with its own bathroom and a common bathroom with a tub in the hallway). The master bedroom is especially nice. Each room has its own window AC.

Outdoor Space: Amazing, landscaped backyard. Really big and completely fenced in which was so nice with the kids. Seating areas on the deck and an additional stone patio, plus a wonderful fire pit (plenty of wood in the shed) and a hammock which was perfect for relaxing with a book. NOTE: the deck is elevated. If you have young kids I would recommend bringing a few child gates to put. We did this and it made it more relaxing. Also had a brand new gas grill which was great.
NOTE2: you park low near the garage and will need to either climb stairs through the basement to 1st floor, or a short walk up some steps to get to the front door (no issue for us, just noting in case someone has some mobility issues)

Location: We love staying in this area (normally we staying Dennis, but this was also very close). Super close to fantastic bayside beaches like Mayflower (~6 min) and many of the great cape spots.

We really loved our stay here and would come again for sure. Highly recommend!!!

This home had everything you could think of in a vacation home, beach things, yard games, fenced yard for the dog was great. The label's made this so easy no guessing, no searching.
The welcome note and little treats for us and our pup were extra special. We will definitely be back. have already recommended to family looking for a place on the Cape.

Our 2nd year staying at Maryn & David's home and with good reasons. It has all the comforts of home. Comfortable sleeping for our adult family of 8. All the kitchen essentials for home cooked meals. If you forgot anything for the beach, don't worry it's there waiting for you to use. The yard is perfect for family games or evening fires.

Maryn and Dave are outstanding hosts. Our week long stay in their home was delightful! Upon arrival , a welcome basket of goodies and a welcome note was a special touch. The home spaciously accommodated our family. The enclosed backyard was a plus for us with 3 young children. The outdoor shower stocked with shampoo and soap was wonderful. We appreciated that towels were supplied and all beds were made with comfortable linens. Beach towels and beach umbrellas were provided as well as an assortment of indoor and outdoor games for all ages.The house is comfortably furnished, great Wi-Fi and cell service, close to our favorite beaches, markets and restaurants. The outdoor gas grill and outdoor furniture makes for a lovely setting for mealtimes. Maryn and Dave quickly responded to any questions we had. The washer and dryer with detergent was a wonderful amenity for us. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and hope to return next summer. Thank you Maryn and Dave for making our stay most enjoyable.

We had such an amazing time at Maryn & Dave's house! This is our 8th summer at the Cape and this is easily the best house we've stayed in. We came with our toddler (2 yr) and my parents. Maryn was amazing about making sure we had some of the gear required for a toddler, which saved us on packing (pack n' play, stroller, small table for meals). There was also a surprise water table, which we didn't get to use, but is such a nice addition for those days when you can't get to the beach but need a nice activity for your little one. The house had everything we needed and was super clean. We had a couple of small hiccups, but they were either our fault (locked ourselves out - HA!) or a quick fix (clogged toilet). In both cases, Maryn and/or Dave were by in a few minutes to help out. The beds were super comfortable and the AC's worked great. The backyard is truly a dream. We spent most nights eating outside and enjoying watching the bunnies that can usually be seen hopping around the yard. The location is perfect. You are 5 mins from Corporation and Mayflower beaches, and Maryn gave us the great recommendation to get our beach pass ahead of time, which was a huge time/cost saver if you plan to go to the beach more than 3 days! They also provided top notch beach gear which, again, saved us on having to bring ourselves. The icing on the cake was the surprise tuna fillets Dave brought by after a big catch one morning. Maryn and Dave are the best hosts and we can't wait to be back!

Maryn and Dave truly thought of everything with this rental.. to the linens and towels being provided, the outdoor shower being stocked with the necessities and the gracious welcome gift for the fire pit which the boys loved! The house comfortably fit our family of 7 with plenty of space and our dog being welcomed was a huge plus for us! The yard being fully fenced made for an even better experience for us not worrying about our young boys or dog in the backyard! The house was clean and well taken care of and the beds were very comfortable! Loved that my boys could sleep in the same room with different beds! kitchen fully stocked of cooking supplies and labeled drawers made for easy cooking! Maryn and Dave were very responsive if needed! We had the best time and would happily stay here again! Thank you so much we had a lovely time!

We're just getting back from a two-week stay at this lovely home.
This is truly an oasis, tucked away in a very quiet neighborhood.
We heard nothing but the sound of crickets
as we sat around the crackling fire pit,
laughing and roasting marshmallow s'mors.
The yard is spectacular,
complete with an apple tree, rose bushes, swinging hammock,
lovely deck furniture, clean gas grill, outdoor seating, overhead lighting,
and a water fountain that sets the mood for a relaxing evening.
The home is bright and filled with everything you could possibly need,
comfy beds, HD tv's, great Wi-Fi, first-class linens, fluffy towels,
shampoo/toilet supplies, fully stocked kitchenware,
full-size washer and drier, beach chairs and towels,
the list goes on and on.
If there happens to be something you need,
Dave and Maryn are gracious hosts.
They are easily available and eager to please
to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

The home is centrally located on the Cape with easy access to any destination.
Restaurants and markets, literally right down the street,
including the best pizza joint ever!
This home is like a sanctuary.
During our visit, Mother Nature was always nearby,
including a variety of birds, chipmunks and to our delight,
two cottontail bunny rabbits,
who seemed content in posing for pictures!
We have stayed at many houses on the Cape.
This is a HOME where we will most definitely return.

Our first visit to the Cape was wonderful due in large part to the perfect house we rented in Yarmouth Port. The home was clean, well-furnished, all the appliances worked, and the hosts provided plenty of basic supplies including fresh linens and towels. There was plenty of parking, a fully-stocked kitchen, yard games, a working firepit, and it was all set in a lovely residential neighborhood. Our hosts provided a ton of valuable information about places to eat, shop, and visit. They were quick to respond to all of our questions before and during our stay. We loved it and hope to be back to catch more Cape Cod Baseball League games and see more sites.

Our family and a small group of friends stayed for a week and we couldn't have had more fun with the accommodations and amenities. From the outdoor shower and coffee on the deck in the mornings to playing lawn games and chilling by the fire pit in the evenings this property provides plenty of room both indoor & outdoor (large well-manicured backyard). We had our 5 & 7 year old girls with us and they were never bored being close proximity to playgrounds and minutes from our favorite Mayflower Beach. Also note that Peterson's Market is a minute away and offers the convenience of a solid beer/wine/liquor selection food, sushi and RC's Pizza (highly recommended). A fantastic week free of issues - will certainly be back for another stay.
