The owners did a remarkable job of preparing the house for our arrival. The home exceeded our expectations...very clean, beautiful yard, linens and towels provided. The home had a nice deck on the back and fire pit, gas grill, and amazing outdoor shower. We have been renting homes at the Cape for twenty years and this is by far one of the nicest ones. Homeowner was super easy to deal with ! You can't go wrong with this rental !!!

The house was beautiful! Christine has thought of everything. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms are very roomie. The bathrooms were beautiful. The outdoor shower was great and even had a changing room. The house was very comfortable. It felt like home. Lots of room to spend time as a family but also have your own space. The game room in the basement was a great place to spend time with the family. The propane fire pit was easy to use and a perfect place to unwind after a long day in the sun. Drinking morning coffee on the front porch overlooking the golf course was a great way to start the day. Christine was easy to work with and quick to respond whenever I reached out. I can't say enough positive about this home. We have stayed at many different properties in Yarmouth over the years and this was by far our favorite. We are looking forward to returning again next year. It wasn't just a house it was a home away from home.

The place was fabulous, even better than expected. Christine was a great host, answered every question quickly. She had the home set up wonderfully and had so many nice touches. We loved the stay so much, we hope to stay here again.

This home had everything we could possibly need and more to have a comfortable stay! I so appreciated that linens and towels were provided, that everything was so clearly labeled which made it easy to find and easy to put back, and that Christine gave such helpful instructions for how to use everything. Everything was in perfect working order.

Even though we don't play golf, we enjoyed watching the golfers across the street and my kids loved looking for stray golf balls in the yard. We didn't really use the entertainment room in the basement because my kids are only 4 and 5, but I imagine it would be perfect for older children and teens to have their own space.

We've been renting on the Cape for many years and this is the first time I stayed in a home and had ZERO complaints or things I would change. I would love to rent this home again next year.

Christine and Steven's Highbank Escape home is perfection: the perfect space, location, decor, and absolutely spotless. The home has everything you will need for a stay - just bring your family and groceries! The games, smart TVs, yard games, beach necessities and pool table kept everyone in our multi-generational family weekend entertained and occupied. Every appliance, piece of cookware and kitchen tool you could need is supplied - which made family dinners so easy. Super comfy beds and linens in all bedrooms and bathrooms, and tons of cozy blankets and pillows to cuddle up with. The mid-Cape location is perfect for exploring either the Upper or Lower/Outer Cape- or staying right in Yarmouth! The drive to Smugglers Beach was just five minutes away. We will be recommending this home to friends and family and will not hesitate to return! Thanks for a wonderful long weekend in your home,Christine & Steven! Stayed at this home with my friends for the weekend to celebrate my upcoming wedding and everyone loved it! The home was very clean and you can tell it had recently been updated/re-modeled inside. Christine is also very friendly and communicative. We all agreed that we would definitely recommend staying here and would happily stay again!

Highbank Escape is truly what it is! Once you arrive it truly feels like vacation. A beautiful home, well stocked with everything you need for fun & relaxation. This home is immaculate and well kept. The owners clearly go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. A great location with amazing restaurants close by. Whether you stay for a weekend or extend your time longer, you will not be disappointed. We can't wait to go back again!

This property is a beautiful escape on the Cape. The calming colors and sunlit rooms make the home feel like a spa retreat. Watching the morning sunrise over the golf course was both breathtaking and relaxing—perfect for enjoying a quiet cup of coffee.

The home is fully equipped with everything you could need for a family getaway, including plenty of games and a pool table for added fun. It's also conveniently located near fantastic restaurants like Yarmouth House and Gerardi's Cafe, as well as great spots for an afternoon cocktail, such as Sea Dog and Tavern.

I had a fantastic stay at Highbank Escape! The home was spotlessly clean, making it feel comfortable and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The host clearly takes pride in maintaining the property, and it was well-stocked with everything I needed—kitchen essentials, toiletries, and baby gear! The location was perfect too, with easy access to groceries, restaurants, and multiple golf courses and beaches. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable stay on Cape Cod!

We can't say enough how amazing Christine's place on Highbank was! Every few hours someone in our group would comment on the Airbnb was above and beyond expectations. The location across the street from Bass River Golf Course was cool. It's a nice, short course with some great holes and nice views. We made two very fun trips to Provincetown. On Sunday we made a full spaghetti dinner and everything we needed to cook was available in the kitchen. The pool table in the basement was great for late night bonding. My oldest brother is fairly critical of things in general and he had nothing but great comments about the Airbnb the whole weekend.

The stay was outstanding as always. It was our 3rd time here. We like the house and the location. The house is very comfortable and everything you need is there. Christine does a wonderful jon making sure you have what you need for a beachtown vacation.

Three years in a row we've been able to stay at this beautiful home for most of the summer. Everyone who stayed there with us have said that it was the nicest or one of the nicest places they've ever stayed before. So many spaces in this home so people can spread out and not be on top of each other; from the breakfast nook to the reading area and couches and pool table in the basement. Plus, the deck and fire pit out back, so many different ways to enjoy the summer after a long day of work. We now have a year-round place closer to where we work so hopefully others will get to stay there throughout next summer.

This is our second time staying at this wonderful home and location. We can't thank Christine enough for supporting our program and hosting our team again this year.

Perfect place to stay— and we're picky! Christine and her husband thought of all of the details needed for a great rental. Spotless, bright, beautifully-decorated, well-stocked, and all brand new in 2022. The central location was also ideal for our young family to get all around the Cape. Would definitely stay again.

I am responsible for the Monomoy Island Program on Cape Cod. In late June we found out we needed immediate lodging for our summer interns due to some structural issues with our normal on island bunk house. In a panic we reached out to Christine to see if there was any way she would consider hosting our team especially since she had just finished renovating the entire home. We needed a place in two weeks, for most of the summer, as interns were already on their way. Christine took a chance on us and we couldn't be more grateful! The interns loved having such a cozy place to come back to after a long day of work / or an overnight on the island. The outside shower was perfect - as was the backyard space and the garage (where we could store our gear and bikes). Many thanks for "saving the day" and hosting our group!!
