This newly renovated house sits on a quiet side street in West Yarmouth and includes refinished hardwood floors, new kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless appliances: refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster.

Wake up each morning and enjoy the coffee bar which includes a Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee machine and tea kettle. Take your coffee outside to the large deck with chairs, table, and umbrella to enjoy a quiet morning.

In the afternoon, if you feel like staying in for dinner, cookout on the gas grill. The private fenced-in backyard has it all: very large deck, patio seating, fire pit, and outdoor hot/cold water shower. There’s ample room for volleyball, badminton, or a game of chase.

Enjoy a spacious living room, dedicated office space, and a separate dining/game room. The two large bedrooms feature a queen, twin, and twin-over-full bunk bed. Add in the queen pull out sofa in the living room and the house easily sleeps 6 comfortably. 1 full bathroom with tub and shower.

Choose from numerous excellent beaches within 10-minute drive of the house. We will have a beach wagon, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and a large cooler all available for you to use during your stay.

10-minutes to Hyannis Harbor and the ferry to Nantucket and Vineyard. There's great shopping and restaurants in Dennis, Yarmouth, and Hyannis, all 15-minutes or less from the house. Falmouth and Mashpee attractions are less than 30-minutes away.
