Cozy Clam - Close to Yarmouth Beaches and Main Street

We had the privilege of having an extended stay at Cozy Clam and had a fantastic time. Jenny is an extremely helpful and responsive host, the house is beautifully decorated with everything you need for any season, and it's so close to multiple beautiful Yarmouth beaches and attractions. It's a perfect place to stay on the Cape whether for a weekend or a longer stay, and we hope to come back again soon!

My husband and I enjoyed two weeks in South Yarmouth at this lovely home...the pictures and description are very accurate., and the home was very clean. It's always a plus when linens and towels are provided, as they are here! My husband also appreciated the desk work space in the master bedroom.
The duplex is located on a private road, so very limited traffic and very quiet. This rental is just off Route 28, with easy access to roads that can take you North, South, East or West...very easy to navigate from there to great beaches (we like Seagull), great restaurants (highly recommend the Old Yarmouth Inn), great shopping (at several malls or in Hyannis center), and to activities (for all ages), including whale watching cruises, movie theaters, ferries to the islands, etc. My husband is an avid golfer, so he was happy playing on a number of the nearby courses.
Having access to the garage was also a plus...we could store our golf clubs when we just needed to take chairs, towels, umbrella, etc. to the beach...and vice versa. We could store everything when we needed the car trunk space available for a major grocery store shop.
The kitchen is well--stocked, so we were able to prepare a number of meals there...can't eat out all the time!!
Jenny is a super host. Even though she and her family were on vacation, she responded immediately to a number of questions that I had after our arrival...all were resolved quickly.
My sister-in-law joined us for a week, and there was plenty of room for us all.
I would highly recommend this rental to others.

Our family of 4 (1 and 4 year old) stayed at Cozy Clam over the thanksgiving holiday. It was the perfect place for us with everything we needed, even a pack n play. It was close to many activities, the kids had a blast. We enjoyed the variety of restaurants close by. Jenny was very friendly and answered all of our questions. Can't wait to come back in the summer!
