We had a great stay at the Cozy Clam. All the amenities we needed for an extended stay were provided. A walk to the beach and close to stores/restaurants made it the perfect spot!

We stayed here for the holidays off season. 2 couples. Just a few blocks off 28, right behind the Moose Lodge. No noise, private road. Right on Seaview and a nice 10 min walk to the beach. A little cold to use the patio, but had a nice setup. Full kitchen and room for 6 at kitchen Island, and comfy living room for drinks with friends. Plenty of parking. We'll be back.

We enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Clam. It had everything we needed and was centrally located so we were able to sightsee everything along the Cape Cod seashore. We had a beach close enough to the house to watch the sunset and relax after a fun day of exploring.

The Cozy Clam was the perfect vacation rental! Jenny was a pleasure to work with, her property had all the amenities that made our vacation perfect. The house is centrally located on the Cape making access to any attraction easy, and less than half a mile from the beach. The house itself is clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting the Cape!

To kick off summer, I planned a long weekend in Cape Cod for our friends (another couple) to join my husband and I. I was looking for something that was in great proximity to everything along Cape Cod, and somewhere that would feel like a home when returning for the day. This home was the perfect fit! The home itself was spectacularly clean, spacious, and offered everything we could possibly need for our stay in a beach town. Our favorite aspect of the stay was the backyard for barbecuing! Arrived to an amazing home that was extremely clean and well cared for. There were many little extras that I have not previously had provided in rentals (plastic wrap, foil, baggies, linens, towels, and more) that we didn't need anything during our stay. The beds we're comfortable and the house has a relaxing vibe. I would definitely recommend staying here, you'll be cozy for sure! Our host was very communicative and easy to work with.

We had the privilege of having an extended stay at Cozy Clam and had a fantastic time. Jenny is an extremely helpful and responsive host, the house is beautifully decorated with everything you need for any season, and it's so close to multiple beautiful Yarmouth beaches and attractions. It's a perfect place to stay on the Cape whether for a weekend or a longer stay, and we hope to come back again soon!

My husband and I enjoyed two weeks in South Yarmouth at this lovely home...the pictures and description are very accurate., and the home was very clean. It's always a plus when linens and towels are provided, as they are here! My husband also appreciated the desk work space in the master bedroom.
The duplex is located on a private road, so very limited traffic and very quiet. This rental is just off Route 28, with easy access to roads that can take you North, South, East or West...very easy to navigate from there to great beaches (we like Seagull), great restaurants (highly recommend the Old Yarmouth Inn), great shopping (at several malls or in Hyannis center), and to activities (for all ages), including whale watching cruises, movie theaters, ferries to the islands, etc. My husband is an avid golfer, so he was happy playing on a number of the nearby courses.
Having access to the garage was also a plus...we could store our golf clubs when we just needed to take chairs, towels, umbrella, etc. to the beach...and vice versa. We could store everything when we needed the car trunk space available for a major grocery store shop.
The kitchen is well--stocked, so we were able to prepare a number of meals there...can't eat out all the time!!
Jenny is a super host. Even though she and her family were on vacation, she responded immediately to a number of questions that I had after our arrival...all were resolved quickly.
My sister-in-law joined us for a week, and there was plenty of room for us all.
I would highly recommend this rental to others.

Our family of 4 (1 and 4 year old) stayed at Cozy Clam over the thanksgiving holiday. It was the perfect place for us with everything we needed, even a pack n play. It was close to many activities, the kids had a blast. We enjoyed the variety of restaurants close by. Jenny was very friendly and answered all of our questions. Can't wait to come back in the summer!
