Our Yarmouth cottage is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath ranch with a large private back yard and 0.3 miles to Colonial Acres beach. The home features a beautiful, spacious great room and sleeps 7 with Bedroom 1; King, Bedroom 2: Queen, and Bedroom 3; Full and Twin bed. We are Central AC and Washer/DryerOur favorite spot in the house is the screened in porch, with table and chairs for meals or board games and lounge seating to have coffee, a cold drink, conversation or watch TV. The back yard is great for lawn games, throwing a ball around or just relaxing. Colonial Acres is a picturesque beach, great for kids and adults too. You can park your car, walk to Bagels and beyond for coffee and fresh bagels made on site, walk to Colonial Acres beach for a fun-filled day and then walk up to The Yarmouth House for dinner. Close by is many Mini-Golf courses, casual and fine dining, the Inflatable Park, 2 miles to the shops, restaurants, candy shops, ice cream and JFK museum on Main St Hyannis. The ferry to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard is 2.7 miles from the Cottage. Yarmouth is a great Mid-Cape location as a base for any day trip excursion

    Great family stay

    Our stay here was simply amazing. We stayed Labor Day weekend and had a great time. Amazing beach walking distance from the home along with a ton of things to do only a short drive away…dining,shopping, etc. We have a 4 year old and a 2 year old who absolutely loved the large yard and the amazing 3 season porch. It was easy to go back and forth to the beach for naps/lunch and still get in a ton of fun catching crabs and swimming in the ocean. The beach is clean, not overcrowded and super family friendly. We had a great time watching the Labor Day fireworks from the beach and grabbing ice cream downtown. As recommended to me bring water shoes for little ones and a wagon for beach gear and your all set. The home was immaculate and had all the amenities we needed for a family of 4. This family friendly home did not disappoint. We will most definitely be back! show more show less

    Amazing beach house

    This is a beautiful, updated home within walking distance to the beach. My family enjoyed the renovated kitchen, spacious back porch and family room. Our family of four had plenty of space and the neighborhood was quiet with friendly people. I would highly recommend this rental home!
