Last minute cancellation for August 12. Our Yarmouth cottage is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath ranch with a large private back yard. The house is a short 0.3 mile walk to picturesque Colonial Acres beach. The home features a beautiful, spacious great room with vaulted ceilings, two couches, one is a sleep sofa. The kitchen is brand new white kitchen with quartz counters and well stocked for meals. There is dining for 10. The house sleeps. 7-8 with Bedroom 1; King, Bedroom 2: Queen, and Bedroom 3; Full and Twin bed and a pull out sofa bed. We have Central AC, dishwasher, keurig coffee station and Washer/Dryer. Our favorite spot in the house is the screened in porch, with table and chairs for meals or board games and lounge seating to have coffee, a cold drink, conversation or watch TV. The back yard is great for lawn games, throwing a ball around or just relaxing. Colonial Acres is a picturesque beach, great for kids and adults too. You can park your car, walk to Bagels and beyond for coffee and fresh bagels made on site, walk to Colonial Acres beach for a fun-filled day and then walk up to The Yarmouth House for dinner. Close by is many Mini-Golf courses, casual and fine dining, the Inflatable Park, 2 miles to the shops, restaurants, candy shops, ice cream and JFK museum on Main St Hyannis. The ferry to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard is 2.7 miles from the Cottage. Yarmouth is a great Mid-Cape location as a base for any day trip excursion.
