Seriously, it is less than a 1 minute walk to Colonial Acres Beach where you can enjoy relaxing at the beach, kayaking, swimming, fishing off the rocks, taking in the sunset or star gazing at night! Don't worry about parking-there are 2 spaces for your stay.

If you are needing a day trip, the Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard Ferries are located a quick 5 mins. away in historic Hyannis. Cook up something on the grills or enjoy a beverage on the large community deck overlooking Lewis Bay with stunning views.

Inside, all of the furniture, counter tops and bed/bedding is completely new along with fresh paint and window coverings. This detached cottage offers an open floor plan living room/kitchen area that is tastefully appointed for your stay. The coffee table opens up into a dining table perfect for 2.

The bedroom offers a queen bed, small closet, artisan designed dresser, TV, and luggage rack. There is a full bath along with heat, a/c, and free WiFi. This cottage is perfect for 2 ( + 1 child that could sleep on junior twin sofa bed pull out.) Please note: the TV is in the bedroom , due to the amazing water views in the living room space.

    Beautiful, cozy and comfortable!!!

    Thank you Amy and Paul! We had a great vacation in Cottage F. The cottage is beautifully decorated and we had everything we needed for our weeklong stay! The beds were very comfortable. It was really convenient that you had the beach bag with beach towels and beach chairs for our use. You really thought of everything!
    The view of the ocean is amazing from the living room! All the restaurant recommendations were awesome!! We can't wait to visit again!

    This adorable, clean and beautifully decorated cottage was the perfect get-a-way! Just a quick 3 minute walk to Colonial Acres Beach, for a relaxing day of lounging or seeing a beautiful sunset! Nice quiet area, away from the busier downtown Hyannis, yet just a quick drive for shopping or the Ferry to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. The owners had wonderful restaurant recommendations and the cottage was detailed with New England Charm! Thanks for a great time, expectations exceeded!

    Perfect Cape Cod getaway

    We had an amazing stay at the Englewood Cottage F in West Yarmouth at Colonial Beach. This cottage has epic views of the ocean. It is newly renovated with great attention to detail. It is extremely clean, light, bright, quiet and so cozy. We felt right at home! We absolutely love the decor. Our hosts Amy and Paul answered all of our questions when booking and checked in with us prior to our arrival to make us feel so welcome. This location is so perfect as well. Colonial Acres Beach, just steps away, is clean, quiet, and beautiful. Hyannis is a few min away with tons of shopping, restaurants and bars, walking paths, docks for ferries and boat rides. Our little gift was a lovely special surprise. We will definitely be back. show more show less

    What a quaint little cottage w/water views! We loved the location and just steps from beautiful Colonial Acres Beach. In the mornings we could enjoy coffee on the community deck that offered breathtaking views of Lewis Bay and the ocean. The deck was also perfect for grilling and dining. The inside of the cottage was filled with new, tasteful furnishing, was very clean and we loved not having to worry about linens or towels. Amy and Paul have renovated this place perfectly. We would highly recommend staying at Cottage F. Lastly, we also enjoyed the free gift that was waiting for us on the counter :) show more show less

    We have been vacationing at the Beach Bank Cottage location since 2007 and fell in love with the property since day one. When it became available, we knew we wanted to be owners and allow others to experience the truly wonderful features of this little slice of paradise, that we had grown to love and cherish at Colonial Acres Beach.
    Whether it be fishing off the rocks, taking in a day of kayaking or just chilling at this low key, peaceful beach, there seems to be something for everyone. We especially have enjoyed the community deck. And believe me, there is something to enjoy from May-Oct when staying at our little cottage.
    We hope you will choose this property when thinking about making your Cape Cod memories.
