The three season room is the gateway to the outdoor living area that will have you feeling relaxed in no time! This partially fenced in yard features large private patio equipped with grill and 36'' griddle to prepare family meals, sitting area with fireplace and hammock. There is a generous sized outdoor shower and changing area to wash the stress and beach sand away.

For those who are a little more active can take advantage of the basketball hoop out front or play catch in the yard!

    Perfect Getaway

    We absolutely loved our vacation at this great rental! The location is perfect! It is on a quiet side street just minutes from the beach. It was so convenient to be able to walk or bike to the beach each day. It is also the perfect drive to many favorite restaurants and family activities. The house was super clean with many modern updates. We especially loved the fenced in backyard with a spacious outdoor shower. The outside patio with a fire pit was the perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach. The renter was extremely accommodating and was very helpful with restaurant and shopping recommendations. We highly recommend this beautiful home in a great location with a short walk to the beaches! We definitely look forward to returning! show more show less

    AMAZING Property walk to beach!

    We stayed at this property in July- the house is so perfect, clean and a great location! The kitchen and living space is all open and updated! There are three great sized bedrooms with comfy beds and air conditioning throughout. Cannot emphasize how CLEAN and well kept this property is! Our favorite spot was the screened in porch outback- perfect to sit and relax after a day at the beach. One of the best parts about this house is its location- (last house on a quiet dead end) and walking distance to smugglers beach even with 2 younger kids! The host even provided great beach chairs and a beach cart making walking a breeze!
    The house is also in a great place on Cape Cod with numerous restaurants and breakfast spots within minutes of the house! We will 100% stay here again!     show more show less

    Thank you for viewing our listing. We have owned this home since our children were small. We have enjoyed many summers and cherish the wonderful memories made with family and friends there. The close proximity to the beach and dead end street were some of the things that made us fall in love with this home. Our children are older now and busy with college and sports so our time down in our Happy Place is limited. We would love for others to enjoy this home as much as we have!
