Connected Forever is the perfect home for a family to make Cape Cod memories all year round. Located across the street from Dennis Yarmouth’s Cape Cod Baseball field, you can walk to some of the greatest baseball around and enjoy a family friendly event for all ages. With the home being conveniently close to both downtown Yarmouth (3 minutes) and Dennis (~10 minutes), there is plenty of opportunity to experience the local businesses, restaurants, and beaches. The home is in the middle of a quiet neighborhood and 1/2 mile to Wings Grove Beach (Long Pond) which allows for swimming, fishing, and water activities, as well as a playground for kids. There are other beaches and playgrounds within close driving distance.

The quintessential Cape Cod home has been refreshed within the last year, including new hardwood floors throughout the entire house, new paint in every room, brand new furniture and central air installed. The outside of the home has also been updated with a new outdoor shower and spacious bluestone patio with a built in fire pit. The outside will continue to be revamped with the warmer weather, including new patio furniture and landscaping.
Attached to the beautiful patio is large deck with dining furniture and a gas grill that can be enjoyed any time of the day. The private yard also has plenty of grass space in both the front and back yards to allow for all types of games and activities.

Inside the homes, there are 3 good sized bedrooms, featuring 2 bedrooms with a queen size bed in each and another bedroom with two sets of bunk beds – one twin over twin and one twin over full. All bedding and linens are provided with the rental. The living room includes a spacious sectional and a relaxing leather chair, all focused around a 60 inch smart TV mounted on the wall. There are plenty of games, coloring supplies and activities for kids that can be used. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, including Keurig coffee makers (K-Cups and full pots), air fryer, blender, and the basic necessities for any meal. The side door in the kitchen leads right out to the back deck for additional dining space. A washer and dryer is also included in the basement.
