    Welcome to Sandy Toes Beach House. My goal is to provide all of my guests a vacation home that when you walk in the front door you instantly have that relaxed, vacation feeling. The home is perfectly situated to get nice light all through the day. I purchased this nugget of a beach house in March of 2022 and spent most of last summer readying it for my 2023 guests.

    I'm a coast-to-coast kind of person living between Cape Cod & Central Coast California. Born in Natick, MA with a migration west to California in my younger years, I've always had an affinity for the ocean. I'm recently retired from AT&T after a long career in the corporate environment and have discovered I have a passion for creating spaces and places that make people happy and feel good. I fell in love with all of Cape Cod's enchanting charm as I hope you do too during your visit.


    What is special about this property?
    Sandy Toes' greatest asset is the outside deck and back yard, you can enjoy it all throughout the day. In the morning it's so peaceful, a great place to have your morning coffee or juice. Great in the afternoon to have lunch or read a book. I especially enjoy the warm evenings with the patio lights on.

    Sandy Toes is located in a region of South Yarmouth called Gateway Isles, the hub of all the fun and everything you need. Conveniently located just off of Route 28 & Seaview Ave
