This spacious home has four bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms with an open floor plan and lofted ceiling in the living room. We have dual-zone central air conditioning and hardwood floors throughout the main level. The dining room comfortably seats 6-8 with room for 4 at the island.

The master bedroom is located on the first floor with a walk-in closet and hardwood floors. It adjoins with a spacious master bath, which has a separate shower and jacuzzi tub. The king-sized Purple Mattress with adjustable frame will provide you with an amazing night's sleep!

Bedroom #2 is located on the second floor. It has a walk-in wall-to-wall closet, new carpeting, and a weight bench with rowing machine. You'll have a queen-sized bed with a twin trundle bed, allowing for 4 to sleep with plenty of room to spare.

Bedroom #3 is located on the second floor. It has a large walk-in closet/dressing room, new carpeting, and a queen-sized bed.

Bedroom #4 is located on the second floor. It has a walk-in wall-to-wall closet, new carpeting and a queen-sized bed. It also has a click-clack futon which sleeps one.

Each bedroom and the living room has either a smart TV or TV with Firestick/Apple TV.

The spacious back deck has two fire tables and plenty of seating under the stringed party lights. We have a stone fire pit in the yard with corn hole. There are two basketball hoops in the driveway, creating a half-court experience right at home, and you'll love topping off your evenings in our 5-person Jacuzzi hot tub!

The inground pool is fenced in separately from the rest of the backyard. The pool area is paired with a horseshoe pit, making staying at home just as much fun as going to the nearby beaches! We are currently performing landscape construction around the pool and will update with a more current photo upon completion. Our neighborhood is quiet and woodsy. We are directly across the street from the Gus Carter Conservation area which has miles of hiking and mountain biking trails which lead to a working cranberry bog.

We have a ''Cape Cod'' lawn. We don't use irrigation or fertilizer, so don't expect much grass come August!

We are located just 2.9 miles from Grays Beach (amazing sunsets from the boardwalk!) and a short drive to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. The rest of Yarmouth’s and Dennis’s beaches are just short drives away.
