Built in the 1940’s as the quintessential cape cottage, this lovely seaside escape has been lovingly cared for and updated throughout the years. Watch the boats come and go from the deck or take a 1 minute walk to the beach. The location is amazing, a short walk to Hyannis Harbor and so close to all the shops and restaurants of downtown Hyannis but still feels private and away from it all.

Along with spectacular wind swept views of Lewis Bay, the cottage features 2 bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths and accommodates 5 guests. The first floor bedroom has a queen bed while the second bedroom is an upstairs loft space with a half bath and three twin beds.

This is the perfect setting to make some memories and be a part of this special place and its history.
