South Sea Village is a community of cottages with several amenities. There is a tennis court, swing set, 1/2 court basketball, and a small dock for launching kayaks. The 5 mph speed limit and roads made of sand and gravel make it s safe place for kids to walk or bike.

West Yarmouth is centrally located on Cape Cod with easy access to many restaurants and family activities. Several kid favorites include the Cape Cod Inflatable Park, The Whydah Pirate Museum, Pirates Cove Mini Golf, Skull Island Adventure Golf - Sports World, Animal Lagoon Mini Golf, and Putters Paradise Mini Golf. Yarmouth also has two public golf courses (Bass River featuring 18 holes and Bayberry Hills featuring 27 holes).
West Yarmouth is also a 3 mile drive to all Hyannis has to offer. Main St Hyannis features many great restaurants and plenty of shopping. There are several waterfront dining options nearby as well. The Cape Cod Mall, Regal Movie Theater, and Cape Cod Melody Tent are also within 5 miles.
