Great location. Walkable to the Skipper, Red Jacket beach bar, and three beaches. Anna & Konstantin were great hosts. They provided beach towels and beach chairs (very helpful). The property had a private backyard, nice outside shower and updated kitchen and living space. We will be returning next year.

This was a beautiful property with so much space! It had everything we needed and more. The host was very responsive to any questions I had and we were so close to all of our favorite places. Not a single bad thing to say about this property. Would stay again in a heartbeat

House easily accomodated our party of 5, with a very spacious open kitchen/dining/living room. Quick and easy access to the beach (10 min walk), and within 10 min ride to supermarket, restaurants, and other stores. Would strongly recommend to friends looking for a convenient place to vacation on the Cape.

We recently stayed at this house for a week and really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and comfortable. It feels like it is lived in by the owner, instead of just a rental. It is family friendly and conveniently located as it was a 5 minute walk to the beach. This was very helpful to us with 2 small children. I highly recommend this home and would gladly stay there in the future.

We really enjoyed this cozy yet spacious home! We shared it with our friends, and they loved it too. We liked the bright new kitchen and spending the nights around the firepit. It's within minutes walk to the beach and the Skipper's restaurant. Also, a short drive to Hyannis center that has many restaurants and shops. The communication with the host was easy and they had great recommendations on things to do in the area. Hoping to come next year for a longer stay. Highly recommend it!

Our family - my husband and our 3 kids including two teenagers and a 5 year old - recently vacationed at Anna and Konstantin's house in South Yarmouth, and we can't say enough good things about our stay in general and the house in particular.

The interior was cozy and tasteful and super clean - the house was newly renovated, which for me is important because wherever we travel, I appreciate the clean, modern feel. Special thanks for the welcome gift!

The house's open floor plan was a huge plus, as it allowed us to hang out in the kitchen with friends while keeping an eye on our kids playing board games in the living room. The kitchen was fully stocked, the furniture very comfortable, and it was also a nice benefit to have a master suite with a private bath.

The highlights from our stay - long walks on the beach, mini golf and inflatables park, restaurants with the best seafood you can find (be sure to check out Skippers just down the road!) - all within a walk or a short drive! Loved the firepit in the backyard, too - the kids can't imagine a vacation without s'mores! And the beach was perfect - great sand, small waves, lots of places nearby to order lunch take outs.

And, last but not least, the hosts were super responsive. Very nice people and great to deal with!

We had a fantastic long weekend getaway at this South Yarmouth home. The house comfortably accommodated our family of 6. Convenient walking distance to the beach (including for the kids), restaurants, quick access to bike trail, and short drive to mini golf + local stores gave our active family a multitude of options to keep us relaxed and entertained throughout the trip. We loved gathering around the fire pit in the evenings and appreciated the refreshing A/C on hot summer days. Great quiet neighborhood to enjoy some peace and tranquility of everything that Cape has to offer. The hosts were fantastic to coordinate our stay with, quick and efficient communication and a pleasure all around. Can't wait to return for more unforgettable memories! show more show less
