Enjoy and relax in this cozy - updated 3 bedroom house with a nice backyard in South Yarmouth. It is an easy 15 min walk to the beach, south of Route 28, on a very quiet street, yet 5 min. drive to Supermarkets, Mini-Golf and restaurants.

The Master bedroom has a Queen size bedroom set, another bedroom has two double beds, and one more kid's bedroom has two twin-size beds. There is also an unfolding couch for the guests (if needed).

Our house has a brand new central AC/heating system, new water heater, newly upgraded kitchen, all updated electrical and a living room with a new sleeping couch. We also have a nice outdoor shower with hot water as well as an indoor, regular bathroom with a tub/shower.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with anything you can possibly need. We also offer the convenience of a washer, dryer, and dishwasher, which are located in the kitchen.

There is a nice outdoor seating area with couches and tables as well as a play area for kids.

We provide high-speed Comcast internet, which is working fine over the years for working from Cape or otherwise.
There is plenty of parking off the street.

We do not allow any pets, as some of our customers may have allergies.

We usually rent weekly, Saturday - Saturday, unless specifically arranged prior.

Some people do rent for two weeks or more, and then we do offer a discount. There are some possibilities sometimes to add a few days when there is no one renting after you, and this can be discussed on a case by case.

    Our home away from home for years!

    We stayed at this home almost every summer.
    The house is very cozy and comfortable. It has everything you need: fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washer and dryer etc.
    The living room is a great hang-out spot for the whole family. TV, board games, books - whatever you want!
    I personally loved to relax outside with a book and a cup of coffee in the back yard.
    The ocean is just a short and refreshing walk away. After visiting the beach, an outdoor shower can wash the sand and salt away, and will feel really nice overall without having to get the inside of the house too sandy.
    The location is very convenient, as most attractions and stores are within about 5 mins driving: two mini golfs, karting, arcade, ice cream, restaurants, groceries, pirate museum, a water park, a scenic bike path, and more!
    The homeowner is very friendly. Communication was very easy and responses were fast.
    This is definitely the perfect place to stay for a Cape Cod vacation.     show more show less

    Great experience

    We had a great time in this house. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 kids. Comfortable beds, great AC, washing machine. Quite neighborhood. Location is excellent - close to the beach and to the shops. Highly recommend.

    Our family stayed there two times. It's been a wonderful experience.
    Very nice and welcoming house. Beautiful backyard for a afternoon rest. Has everything you need.planty of space. Neat and clean.
    Short walk to the beach. Restaurants , mini golf, stores in walk distance.Very cooperative owners.
