Second floor seating area with futon for quiet activities. Third bedroom with two twin beds or use the converter kit and linens for a King size bed. Adjacent bathroom.

Fenced backyard has seating dining and relaxing with a gas and charcoal grill, outdoor games, brick patio and shower.

Great restaurants, golf courses, shopping and many attractions. Short drive to Hyannis and ferries to Marths's Vineyard and Nantucket.

    After many years of vacationing on Cape Cod, we found this ideal beach cottage and completed a full renovation with all new systems, furniture, TV's, baths and kitchen appliances.

    What is special about this property?
    This wonderful location is within walking distance to several beaches, restaurants, bakeries, ice cream, shopping and activities.

    What is special about your town?
    Yarmouth is the heart of Cape Cod. Convenient to all services, attractions, hospital and Barnstable airport. Explore quaint shops and restaurants on Route 6A. Take a trip to Falmouth, Mashpee or PTown. Lots of fun for kids with mini golf, pirate museum, trampoline park, and arcade.
