Perfect for a family Cape Escape!

We have everything you need to make this vacation one to remember! Located minutes from the gorgeous beaches of Dennis and South Yarmouth, and less than a 5 minute drive to Rt. 28's family fun! We have your beach necessities covered, from beach towels and chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach toys, floats and boogie boards!

Just 1/10 mile walk to Wings Cove, feel free to take out one of the three stand up paddle boards or the kayak! Go for a peaceful sunrise paddle, or maybe a little late afternoon fishing on the freshwater pond.

The house is ready to host your family, with a bunk room for all the kids. We have 2 double bed bunks, with 2 trundles. There are Smart TVs in each bedroom, and a larger Smart TV in the living room. Out back, you can shower off the beach day in our large outdoor shower, and then relax on the patio. The large yard is well lit, and furnished with dining area sets, plenty of guest seating, a BBQ and outdoor heaters.

Looking for something to play? We've got you covered! Plenty of space to set up a Cornhole game, lawn games and more all right there for you!

    A Little Slice of Paradise

    We(4 adults & 2 kids) stayed here over Labor Day weekend. I cannot recommend it enough.
    The house is absolutely gorgeous and the pictures are exactly what you get. From the huge comfy beds to tiny little touches like towels, umbrellas and floats, there's nothing you could want for. 3 beautiful double rooms and a 4th room with bunks which the kids adored.
    TVs in every room, wifi and a/c, we were so comfy in this home away from home. Everything in the kitchen in new and spotless and you can eat at the gorgeous dining table inside or the amazing setting outside which is stunning when it's lit up at night. It's peaceful and quiet, we all slept like logs every night!
    You can walk to a lovely pond where there's a playground for the kids and also to beaches, shops and restaurants. We didn't know the area at all and still found it easy to navigate.Things we loved(besides the house!) were Dennis Beach, Cape Cod Inflatable Water Park, Gerardi's Cafe and saltwater taffey from multiple places lol. Communication with the owner was easy, efficient and pleasant.
    I really cannot praise this house enough. The only downside is you won't want to leave!     show more show less
