Escape to the Cape at this beautifully maintained home with a lovely seasonal heated pool (heated May/June & Sept./Oct. as needed) & outdoor shower. Recently added 8 person year-round outside hot tub. Beautiful manicured gardens and lawn. With 4 bedrooms (including one semi-open loft, primary suite) and 2.5 bathrooms there is plenty of room for your group, up to 8 people (and your pets - fee applies)!

The living room with flat screen TV and provided streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+, HBO Max, Amazon Prime) will delight young and old. You will also find a Nintendo Switch and plenty of board/card games and books. To stay cozy year-round you will find a gas fireplace to use at your leisure.

Grounds are treated with "OhDeer" - an all-natural flea, tick, & mosquito treatment. Safe for humans and pets immediately following the treatment. Windows do not need to be shut; you may smell a mint/lemongrass scent. Large wrap-around deck with gas grill and dining table to use, as well as a propane firepit table to enjoy by the pool. Make s"mores and memories year-round at the fire pit. <br /> <br /> Located in Yarmouth Port; centrally located in mid-cape, not far from Hyannis, Harwich, and Provincetown.<br /> <br /> The beach is only a few miles drive away where you can swim and play in the Atlantic Ocean! The ferry to the islands of Nantucket and Martha"s Vineyard is not far, and a great addition to any Cape trip!<br /> The cleaning fee is an actual cost to us: While it may seem high at first glance, keep in mind that our cleaners are doing enhanced cleaning for 6 bedrooms, 6 common areas, 4 bathrooms. We pay our cleaners a living wage and with COVID19 enhanced cleaning they spend a long time, following strict protocols for your (and their) safety. After they have completed, we re-sanitize common touch areas. We send all towels, sheets, mattress pads, duvet covers, pillow protectors, extra blankets and towels that are used to a professional laundry facility for extra cleaning protection. We also empty and refill the hot tub with fresh water, clean filter and bromine sanitizer, etc. for each guest visit. read more show less

    Beautiful place, private, well maintained. Excellent location as it's close to everything but secluded enough to know your on vacation. I can't think of any amenity not offered. Owners communicated extremely well.

    Stayed with a group of friends, including one baby, and everything was excellent. The house was just as advertised, had everything we needed (including linens, beach chairs, games, access to streaming services, kitchen appliances and utensils, etc.). The house was clean and the beds were super comfortable. The outdoor area is spectacular, with a great pool and large hot tub, as well as a great deck that had seating for both dining outside and lounging. It was everything we wanted and led us to have a fantastic week away. The most standout thing though was working with Diane and Michael. They were always quick respond to questions, both leading up to our trip and during; they were flexible and easy to communicate with; and they were kind people. Highly recommend this location, and hopefully we'll be back! show more show less

    Our family had a wonderful vacation and it all starts with where you stay. House was everything we hoped for: place for grandkids to have a good time, peaceful, close to many restaurants and beaches. House was spotless and inviting upon arrival with a nice bottle of wine for adults and games for the kids. Can't forget the s'mores

    This is a great house centrally located on the Cape. The lawn games and fire pit table were a hit with all ages. The pool did have stairs as promised by the host. The house is well-equipped. The instructions for the house and the check in/out process were the clearest I've ever received from a host. I also really liked that we didn't have to wash any of the linens when leaving - just bag them up for the service. Everyone found the beds comfortable.
