Charming 2 bedroom Cape cottage located on a quiet dead end road. Walk through a picturesque path in 10 minutes to get to Parker’s River Beach equipped with a playground, bathroom facilities and a snack bar. Across the street from the beach, enjoy a waterfront meal, drinks or ice cream from The Skipper Restaurant.

After a day on the beach, enjoy an outdoor shower and relax on the private patio or sit around a table for 6 on the closed in porch. The living room boasts cable and a smart TV or lounge around taking advantage of the internet.

The primary bedroom has a queen size bed, while the secondary bedroom offers 2 twin beds. Each bedroom has a window AC unit. There is a queen size sofa in the living room for additional guests.

The kitchen is equipped with plenty of glasses, dishes, pots and pans. There is a new stainless steel dishwasher, refrigerator and oven. Microwave and coffee maker are also available.

This corner lot has a great yard. It is also ideal for bike riding or children on ride on toys. Walk to the beach in the morning with your coffee to watch the sunrise or to bring children to play on the swings and playground. Large circular driveway will fit your cars or a small boat.

Centrally located close to shopping, restaurants, mini golf, the inflatable water park, the bike trail and more. Owners spend the summer next door and are available for any questions or assistance!

    South Yarmouth vacation home

    This was our first stay at this quaint, well kept and impeccably clean home in South Yarmouth, Massachusetts. The home has a well equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with two bedrooms and an outside working shower which I enjoyed because it was clean, private, outdoors and I felt I was at a nifty getaway. There was also an outside area with a barbecue, table and chairs. The property is tucked away in a quiet development. It is a short walking distance through a beautiful wooded area that takes about ten minutes to arrive at the beach. There is a gazebo, playground, snack bar and a great seafood restaurant in the vicinity. The owners were helpful, warm and extremely accommodating. The location is in close proximity to a number of nearby towns with opportunities for sightseeing and various excursions. I look forward to staying there again! show more show less

    Charming Cottage with easy access to all the cape has to offer

    I have been staying at this charming two-bedroom cottage for about the last 10 summers. It is centrally located, offering easy access to everything the cape has to offer. We love to explore the cape and this location makes it easy to go on day trips anywhere on the cape.
    It is a short walk to Parkers River beach which also has a playground, restroom facilities and is across from one our favorite restuarants - the Skipper! The location is also convenient by car or foot to many of the mini golf, water park and dining options on rte 28.

    The cottage itself is clean and comfortable with the perfect space to relax in the evenings, prepare meals and even work should you need to.
    I love that it is on a quiet street , making it extra peaceful in the morning and night.
    The owners are great too! They are super responsive and are close by should you need anything.     show more show less
