Welcome to “A Darling Place”, only a short, safe walk (around half a mile) to Baxter Beach! Our cozy, traditional Cape Cod style home in West Yarmouth has a front porch with a water view of Mill Creek and has been newly renovated. Our home offers generous sleeping arrangements with new memory foam mattresses, a private fenced in yard, outdoor shower, and close proximity to popular attractions like mini golf, restaurants, museums, and shopping.
Take a short 10-minute stroll to our beautiful white-sand beach at the end of Baxter Avenue or hop on the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket, just a short 6 minute drive away. We are also kid-friendly, offering toys, games, books and baby equipment (highchair, Pack ‘n Play, stroller). Use the gym in the basement, including a Peloton Bike+! With all of the above, plus easy access to Main Street Hyannis, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, and a plethora of local beaches, there’s something for everyone.

We can sleep 8 adults comfortably with 6 beds. Bed and bath linens, beach towels and extra pillows & blankets are included in the cleaning fee. All linens are laundered between guests, including comforters. <br />

Driveway parking is available for 2 vehicles, and an outdoor shed is available to store bikes, etc.<br />

Looking to go green? We use LED lighting, smart thermostats, energy efficient heating and cooling, 100% renewable electricity, and we offer a large recycling bin. A level 2 electric vehicle/EV charger with a J1772 plug (compatible with Tesla via the adapter that came with your vehicle) is available for your use!<br />
