This is a beautiful home in a family-friendly neighborhood. There is a patio in a quiet backyard to enjoy the lazy days of Cape Cod. There is an outside rinsing station to clean up after returning from a day at the beach.

Once you enter the house there is a front porch that leads into a spacious kitchen. The dining room and living room are comfortable and bright and are perfect for hours of family fun. There are two bedrooms with plenty of closet space. One bedroom has a queen size bed, and the second bedroom has twin beds.

The property is accessible to Smugglers Beach on the south side and Grays Beach on the north side of Yarmouth. It is also close to mini-golf, the inflatable water park, many restaurants, the rail trail, and a host of other fun filled family activities.
This mid Cape location make day trips to visit other Cape Cod towns a breeze. Possible day trips may include Sandwich Glass Museum, The JFK Museum in Hyannis center, Woods Hole in Falmouth, Harwich Lavender Farm, Coast Guard Station in Chatham, Pilgrims Monument in Provincetown, or catch the ferry to Martha's Vinyard or Nantucket.
