This is a split-level, four bedroom, two bath home and includes amenities like A/C, wi-fi, washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of parking for up to six cars. Each bedroom includes freshly laundered linens and pillows while both bathrooms have freshly laundered bath and hand towels. The roomy primary suite includes a king bed, smart TV, and its own private bathroom and kitchenette. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, smart TV, and access to the deck. The third bedroom includes a queen bed. And the fourth bedroom includes twin bunk beds.
Enter through the front door and walk up a few steps to the main level which boasts an open floor plan that provides plenty of opportunities to gather together. Watch a movie on the 65” smart TV (which includes cable, Netflix and HBO Max) or play one of the many board games provided. Walk down a few steps to a kids hang area which includes video games and two futons that fold down for extra sleeping quarters.
Privacy and playtime await in the completely fenced-in backyard that includes a deck with gas grill, lounge furniture, dining table with chairs, gas fire pit, an outdoor shower, lawn games, swing set, basketball hoop, and an in ground pool with water toys.
As you prepare to spend the day at one of the local beaches, everything you need is here: beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, and beach toys. All of which will add to the ease of your vacation experience.
This home is a five minute drive to Hyannis, where you can enjoy the shops, museums, restaurants, and nightlife of Main Street. From there, you can take a short walk down to Hyannis Harbor for dinner, lunch, or drinks with a stunning water view at the Black Cat Tavern or Tugboats. If you’re looking for ice cream, mini golf, and an inflatable water park, head the opposite way down Rt 28 to Yarmouth for Pirates Cove, Cape Cod Creamery, and the Cape Cod Inflatable Park. Head up to 6A where you can enjoy more restaurants, ice cream, and coffee shops in Barnstable Village and Yarmouth Port Village. Venture a little further up 6A towards Dennis Village for the best north side beaches, Mayflower and Corporation.
