We provide simple, clean, comfortable and functional accommodations to uncomplicate your vacation.

This house features hardwood floors, central air-conditioning and spacious rooms with lots of natural light and USB outlets throughout. The cozy Living Room is dominated by a working fireplace and a giant 65” Smart TV. There is an AppleTV streamer, DVD player and complimentary high speed wifi.

There is a stocked and stylish kitchen, equipped with new appliances (full-size fridge with bottom freezer/icemaker, 5-burner gas stove with grill plate & broiler and a full-size microwave). We’ve also supplied new cookware, utensils, glassware, dinnerware and flatware to prepare and enjoy your meals. The small electrical appliances include a single k-cup brewer, toasters, a convection toaster oven/fryer and a hot water pot.

The three bedrooms include a Queen Bed with Serta mattress, side-by-side twin beds with 2” memory foam toppers, and twin bunk beds. Quality bed linens, comforters & duvets are included, as are hypo-allergenic pillows. All mattresses and pillows are also encased for your health.

The modernized bathroom features a full-size shower with both rainshower head and handheld.
Bath and Beach towels are supplied.

To maintain a healthy environment for all guests, pets are not permitted.

There is a large deck to grill and dine on, or just sit in the sun. The sunny yard features a casual fire pit (for making s’mores) and room to play lawn games. There are plenty of flowers, fruit trees, a vegetable garden and various birds and other woodland creatures to entertain you.

The house is located within a couple of miles from Main Street Hyannis, Hyannis Harbor (Sport Fishing, Whale Watching and Island Ferries), the Bus Depot (Peter Pan, Plymouth & Brockton, Cape Cod Regional), the Train Depot (sightseeing and dinner cruises) and the Cape Cod Gateway Airport (code=HYA), which is served (daily non-stops) by American (New York, Washington DC) and Jet Blue (New York)

Note: The house is on the flight path for the airport, so expect some moderate daytime noise. However, inside the house it stays very quiet.

You’ll have access to a private, sandy beach loaded with seashells on Lewis Bay and it’s within walking distance.
