Upstairs you will find 3 sunny bedrooms with AC units & ceiling fans and a bathroom with soaking tub. Of course out back is a patio with table (if you aren't sitting on the front porch that is) and the outside shower for after the beach. And ... it's just minutes to your favorite restaurants and shopping
