Relax at this wonderful three-bedroom & two-bath bright, cheery vacation home near Englewood Beach (less than 2 miles). It abuts conservation forestland, which lends to a relaxing open space. There are also multiple local ponds with hiking trails within easy reach! NEWLY extended rail trail right off the street!

The basement, which is partially finished, has a game room with ping pong, basketball and plenty of room to play for the kids. We love the fire pit outside, which we use to toast marshmallows and relax at the end of the day.

This home is a very cheery Cape Cod getaway with one level of living space, A/C units in all bedrooms & living room. Many new furnishings. The master bedroom has a king size bed w/private bath (step-in shower). The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has two twins adjacent to the main full bath (w/tub & shower). There is also a queen sofa bed in the fireplace living room for additional guests (sleeps 6). Wi-Fi is provided along with a new smart TV in the living room with Roku/Streaming and second TV in the queen bedroom. <br /> <br /> The kitchen is spacious & sunny with a glass slider off the dining area that leads out to the very large sundeck for outdoor BBQ grilling that faces a private backyard with an outdoor shower!
