This was our favorite rental of all the homes we've rented in recent years!

The home, and Rachel and Khoa, couldn't have been better. The home was beautiful, clean, and sweetly decorated for the our stay during the holidays. It was well-stocked, the furniture was comfortable, and the home is conveniently located. The layout is great, as the upstairs bedrooms are separate from the downstairs bedrooms, so 2 families or couples can comfortable stay.

We blew a fuse that we couldn't figure out how to fix, and Rachel and Khoa had an electrician out almost immediately. We locked ourselves out and they went to a bit of trouble to respond immediately and help us figure out how to get back in!

Rachel was an incredibly good communicator before, during, and after our stay. She and Khoa are an absolute pleasure as hosts.

Yes - these are actual quotes from my son, DIL, her best friend, my best friend, our three grandchildren, my husband, and myself.

Rachel's place is hands down your own home away from home - and then some - and is loaded with great cookware, dishes, dishes, and more dishes, cups, cups, cups, glasses, glasses, glasses, (you get the picture) for adults and kids, cutlery, air fryer, Keurig, tea pot, soda maker, toaster, microwave, super comfy beds and linens, beautiful bathrooms on ALL THREE FLOORS complete with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, bath and beach towels, beach chairs, outdoor games for the littles, giant outdoor table for the whole family, a firepit, outdoor shower, peaceful neighborhood, short drives to Mayflower, Chapin, and West Dennis beaches, grocery store, pharmacy, ice cream shops, thrift stores, go-karts, bowling, and any other venue you can think of.

The floor plan of this home offered our family and friends so many warm and welcoming spaces for us to either gather together or to take some space and time on our own whether inside or outside (that deck! that cozy outdoor swing chair!), cozy bedrooms and comfy living room seating.

Our hosts were remarkably communicative and helpful always making sure we had everything we needed (and then some) and were never more than a text away when/if we had questions prior to our arrival and during our stay.

This home was squeaky clean and more than well-appointed with anything and everything one could possibly need. As my son said, "We could have shown up with nothing but the clothes on our backs and that would have been enough." Our hosts took care of the rest.

The host was great- incredibly responsive and helpful. This home was so clean and welcoming- the outdoor space is fantastic. We were celebrating a bride to be and the host surprised her with a gift- so thoughtful! Conveniently located to Mayflower beach and great restaurants in Dennis/Hyannis/etc. Would certainly stay again!

We planned a last minute getaway to spend time with our Daughter and some of her friends before they headed off to College. We were so fortunate to find Rachel's listing. The house was perfect for us! Exactly as pictured. Plenty of space for our party of 11. Lots of parking, easy to find and close to everything. We cooked both days and the kitchen had everything needed and we all fit comfortably around the dining room table. The house and yard were immaculate. Highly recommend! We had a great family get away at Rachel's place. The house, including the kitchen, was well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the bedding fresh. The property is surprisingly spacious with lots of outdoor options and it's In a great location. There was a nice playroom downstairs to keep the small kids contained and entertained. Rachel took the time to make sure we had the items available to us for the kids, like a highchair, pack and play and baby bath. The home is a good choice for a multigenerational vacation.
