Discover your perfect beach retreat! Only 0.2 mile from Colonial Acres Beach, located on a sunny corner lot. Less than a 5 minute walk to a fun day at the beach! The shed in the backyard has 6 beach chairs, beach cart, and toys for the little ones. The heated outdoor shower is great for any day, but especially after the beach.

Spend morning, afternoon, and night on the outdoor patio set and under the pergola. The set up offers sun or shade depending on preference, and is great for family dinners.

The main level of the home features an open concept floor plan with a full kitchen and living room. The living room has a mini-split and features a large sectional and smart TV. A full bathroom is off of the living room, and past that is a den for indoor dining. There is also a bedroom with a queen bed, window AC, dresser and walk in closet.

Upstairs features a full bathroom and two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have walk in closets and window AC units. One bedroom has two full beds, and one has two twin beds. All bedrooms have sheets and complimentary bath towels. Beach towels and books can be found in the upstairs twin bedroom.

A washer/dryer can be found in the basement. This cute home has it all and is close to dining, mini golf, ice cream, and more. Only 2 miles to the ferry for a day-trip to Nantucket, 2.5 miles down main street Hyannis, and a 30-minute ride to Chatham. Get ready for a perfect week at the Cape!

    We arrived on August 10th to a spotless, well-equipped house. Everything was in great working order for our weeks stay. They had clean sheets, towels etc. ready for us to use. The owner was very responsive answering any questions we had. The A/C worked great, and it was very comfortable during the hot days. Our family had a wonderful time at this rental. Our grandchildren really enjoyed the fenced in backyard and the short walk to the beach! We would definitely consider renting this property again!

    We had an amazing stay here! Plenty of room for families and she was able to work with us within our budget. There was a small mishap at the beginning of our trip but the owner addressed it IMMEDIATELY! She was super responsive throughout the week when we had questions. I'm grateful she mentioned water shoes for the small beach down the road. Great beach for little ones but a little rocky. We can't wait to go back next year! Thanks for a fantastic week!!

    Couldn't be happier with our stay!! Everything was clean, organized and we all felt so comfortable with our weekend stay!! Outdoor space was an added bonus and the weather was gorgeous so we got to fully enjoy! Every amenity is at your fingertips in this beautiful, peaceful home!!
