We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Cape Cod home. The location couldn't have been better—close to everything we wanted to explore, yet tucked away in a quiet, friendly neighborhood that made our visit feel peaceful and relaxing. The house itself was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with every amenity we could possibly need. From cozy furnishings to a well-equipped kitchen, it truly felt like a home away from home. We loved our time here and would happily return.Thank you Bert and Linda!!

My family and I stayed at Bert's home in Yarmouth and couldn't have asked for a better experience. We've been staying on the Cape for a decade and Bert's house was such a memorable experience for us. Perfect location to anywhere you'd like to go on the Cape combined with a cute home that has an A+ backyard make this someplace I'd highly recommend to any family looking to experience the best of Cape Cod. Bert was also a tremendous host who communicated clearly.

We had a great week at Marie's Whispering Swan. The owners were so thoughtful - they welcomed us with snacks, which the kids loved. The yard is spacious, with really comfy chairs and dining table. The house is comfortable, clean and filled with light. It was easy to relax and what I found most surprising, it did not feel like a rental but someone's vacation home where every detail is thought through. Highly recommend.

This is our 11th year vacationing on the Cape, due to circumstances we had to find a new house this year and found this gem, has more than you need to feel at home. Excellent location and amazing hosts! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a home away from home for a getaway! Thanks to Bert and family for welcoming us, we will be back!

We traveled from Cincinnati with our dog to spend Thanksgiving with our family from RI. The rental was all we could have hoped for! It is in a cute neighborhood close to a beautiful lake that we walked by daily with our dog. The beds are comfortable with nice linens and many hangers and hooks for clothes. Seating in the LR was perfect for numerous scrabble games and watching our Bengals win on the large TV! There is a nice front room for dining and board games. While it was too cold to really enjoy the back yard there is a fire pit and table and chairs for warmer weather, along with bikes and kayaks. The fenced yard was perfect for the pup. And they even provided a dog bed and food bowls. It is close to Hyannis where we had a great tapas meal at Embargo. We took a day and drove to P town and another to Woods Hole and walked The Knob. The owners were extremely helpful and quickly responded to any questions. They even left us a gift card for delicious pizza as a thank you for understanding that they were in the middle of some home remodeling- new shake shingles on the exterior which weren't complete yet. We can't recommend this charming cottage enough!!!!

Absolutely perfect vacation. Bert and Linda's house was perfect. Great location. The house is perfect very clean and tastefully decorated. Lots of room all the comforts of being at home. Nice fenced in yard with a big patio area and fire pit. If you're looking for the perfect vacation rental this is it. Can't wait to go back.

We stayed at Bert and Linda's charming West Yarmouth home for 1 month and it was fantastic! A great location in West Yarmouth for exploring the entire Cape but also close enough to Boston and other big cities. Communication was top notch and we felt very welcomed. A gift basket greeted us when we arrived and everything we needed was there. Bert would text immediately whenever we contacted him with questions. Our dog enjoyed the massive back yard and going for walks through the quiet neighborhood.

We really enjoyed the house. It was perfect for all four of us and the dog. The fenced in yard was a huge plus and we loved using the outdoor shower. The kids loved playing ping pong and darts in the basement. The neighborhood was gray for walks and bike rides. Easy drive to all the beaches and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here

We had an amazing time! The house was cute, very clean and comfortable! The location was perfect-close to everything! Our family enjoyed sunsets at Mayflower beach, shopping in Chatham, and visits to Provincetown, Hyannis, and Falmouth. Bert was a wonderful, responsive host. Any questions we had were answered promptly. We loved our stay and highly recommend!

This beach house exceeded all our expectations! It was absolutely spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need—with beach gear, kayaks, bikes, games, towels/linens, kitchen essentials and more. The location was perfect—just a short drive to shops, restaurants, and beaches. The large fenced in yard was a huge bonus—perfect for relaxing, enjoying the firepit, cooking out, and playing wiffle ball with the kids. The basement game room, complete with ping pong and other games, was a big hit and kept the kids entertained for hours. The owner was incredibly responsive and made the whole experience seamless. We couldn't have asked for a better home base for our beach getaway and will definitely book again.

Rented this cottage for Memorial Day weekend and had a great time. The cottage was very cute and clean and had everything we needed for the long weekend. We enjoyed the fire pit, grill and back yard patio set. The location to the pond was perfect for my son and his friend to walk down and fish. We utilized the bikes one day to ride to the beach which was an easy flat 2 miles. The house had board games and cards which was a fun option the nights the weather was rainy. There was a tv in every bedroom wish was nice so everyone felt they had their own space if needed and the beds were very comfy. The owner responded quickly about any questions we had. We would definitely visit again.
