Put your bags down and enjoy! This 1,280 square ft home is centrally located in a leafy neighborhood in the village of South Yarmouth. It is a one level ranch with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, plus a spacious living room with sofas and 55" Smart TV.

The house is set under mature trees which combine with a lovely breeze to give you that Cape Cod open window feeling. We also have efficient window ACs to keep you cool and comfortable. The eat-in kitchen is well equipped, including a dishwasher and microwave. We have a full size washer and dryer in the basement, and a sunny back deck with with a gas grill. Bedroom linens and bath towels are provided.

Our house is a half mile to Wings Grove Pond (Long Pond,) less than 3 miles to ocean beaches and 4 1/2 miles to bay beaches, as well as easy access to Rt. 6. Our house is conveniently located, with easy access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, public tennis courts, restaurants, ice cream shops, thrift stores, churches, mini golf, nature preserves, and kayaking. You can enjoy Cape Cod Summer League baseball games walking distance away. There are also three supermarkets within 1-2 miles.
