Welcome to our Cape Cod home in South Yarmouth—just minutes from the beach—we’ve created this space to be an easy, comfortable place for families and groups to relax and enjoy everything the Cape has to offer. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (one on each floor) and comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, with plenty of space to spread out and spend time together.

The bedroom layout works especially well for families or multiple groups traveling together. On the main level, there are two bedrooms—one with a queen bed, and the second with a queen bed and a twin trundle, which is great for kids. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms—one with a queen bed, and another with a queen bed and two twin beds, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for larger groups. Having a full bathroom on each floor makes it easy and convenient for everyone during your stay.

We’re located on a quiet, family-friendly street, just minutes from several beautiful beaches. Thatcher Beach (about a 10-minute walk) is one of our favorites for its calm water and relaxed feel. Seaview Beach and Parker’s River Beach are also close by and great options for swimming, beach days, and watching the sunset.<br /> <br /> The house itself was updated in 2024 and is bright, clean, and set up for real-life use—whether you’re cooking meals together, getting ready for the beach, or just unwinding at the end of the day. The layout works well for gathering while still giving everyone their own space.<br /> <br /> Outside, there’s a private yard where kids can play and adults can relax, along with a grill and outdoor dining area for easy summer nights. We also have an outdoor shower, which makes coming back from the beach simple and convenient.<br /> <br /> We try to make packing and settling in as easy as possible, so all bed linens and bath towels are provided, along with beach towels and beach chairs for your stay.<br /> <br /> If you’re traveling with kids, there’s a lot nearby to keep everyone busy—Cape Cod Inflatable Park, mini golf, and other family attractions are all just a short drive away. There are also plenty of great local restaurants close by, whether you’re looking for casual seafood, a quick bite, or a nicer night out.<br /> <br /> For us, the best part of this home is how easy it is—easy to get to the beach, easy to relax, and easy to enjoy time together.
