    we love our stay in Julie's house, newly renovated and updated! Everything you need it, this home has, including new grill and new beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys. Big plus was a short walking distance to a nearby pond with a playground and a parking lot. Julie was responding to us within a minutes, very pleasant person.

    I had the pleasure of staying here the first weekend in April and was beyond happy with the experience. The home is immaculate with every anticipation accounted for by the owner. Mornings were spent in the sun room, an inviting spot to savor tea or coffee before diving into your day. Evenings were serene, whether huddled in the backyard or the living room. And the location is stellar! You're seconds from Dennis, a short jaunt up the street to one of the most popular intersections in that area of Route 28, and just a five minute drive from the beach! You would be remiss if you didn't choose this home for your stay on the Cape during any season! show more show less
