    4 families stayed here comfortably! House was as described on website. Plenty of room to accommodate all our needs. Outside porch and pool area was great! Close to many other towns and places to shop and eat. Clean home. Clean pool. Owner contact was seamless. Book your stay now.

    This house was perfect for our family of 14 (including young kids & grandparents). Close to everything & the house was so comfortable, clean and updated. The pool & deck were great to come home to after a day at the beach. Highly recommend.

    My family stayed here for three weeks during the month of June. We had the best time! Not only is the house ginormous, it is also clean and comfortable. The pool was super clean and well maintained. We were close to everything! We walked to get ice cream and to the little store up the street. It was a quick ride to restaurants, shopping, the rail trail, and beaches. Communication with Courtney was super easy. She was very responsive.

    The house was so cute!! It was perfect for a large group. Ample space!! We were in awe at how beautiful and clean the house was. The pool was a great add on too. Perfect location close to many restaurants and bars.

    The owner is great and responsive if you have questions.

    The perfect house
    September 2025

    We enjoyed our week in Yarmouth with this house as our home base for 3 families/13 people. There were great spaces to enjoy meals, morning coffee, and evening cocktails together, while also offering spots for quiet time away from each other. Walking distance to the harbor, two ice cream shops, Windmill Beach, and more.

    The house had lots of historic character combined with modern decor. It was so convenient to have 2 full kitchens and 2 washers & dryers.

    Courtney provided lots of great information and was really responsive to questions. We highly recommend this home!
