This family-friendly home offers everything you could want in a vacation getaway, along with a gracious, responsive, and attentive host in Yulia.

Our family, consisting of six adults and two granddaughters (ages 22 months and 15 months), thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay in Yulia's beautiful home. The house was immaculate and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing beach or pool vacation, especially for families with young children. Towels, beach chairs, toys, floats, and beach wagons were all provided, making packing and traveling much easier.

The state-of-the-art kitchen was exceptionally well stocked, and the coffee and tea bar was a wonderful amenity. All three bedrooms were spacious, quiet, and featured very comfortable beds. The open-concept living and dining areas provided plenty of space for everyone to gather comfortably. The child-friendly basement, complete with padded flooring and ample play space, was an especially appreciated bonus. The washer and dryer were also convenient and came in handy during our stay.

The outdoor space IS truly an oasis. The walk-out deck, with seating for everyone, was the perfect place to start the day or unwind, talking about the day. The covered, outdoor dining space was next to a fully-equipped grilling station and perfect for those times we decided to eat-in at the house. The walk-in pool and lounge area were ideal for relaxing before or after a trip to the beach, or for spending an entire day at the house. It was especially nice during nap times for the little ones, as it never felt like we were missing out on the 'sun and fun'.


The location is excellent, situated in a quiet residential area while still being close to beaches, shopping, ice cream shops, and a wide variety of dining options(highly recommend Mac Daddy's Diner).

This was our second year staying at Kennedy Escape and it truly felt like we were returning home. The property is absolutely perfect for adults and kids, completely satisfying our group of eight! Yulia has thought of every detail and need, which allows you to sit back and fully embrace your Cape vacation!
The home is only a short drive to all major Cape attractions, stores, and local beaches. We would recommend this property to anyone and it would be our first choice for any future trips!

We have been renting on the cape for over twenty years and we have found the home we will continue to return to each year. This vacation home has everything you could possibly need or want and is perfect for families of all ages. The location is not only central to a lot of different activities and restaurants but also is in a quiet neighborhood great for daily walks. The backyard is just phenomenal with the pool, fire pit, screened in patio, deck and tons of games. The kitchen is fully stocked and the coffee bar was a dream. Everything about this home is well thought out and beautiful. Yuliya was a pleasure to work with and very responsive. We look forward to next year!

We rent annually as our parents live there, and need a little more space for a full week's stay for our family and friends that visit. We've found our new escape!. This property has all you need and more. It's stylishly decorated, pristine clean, and has lots of amenities and little extras that make you feel right at home upon arrival. Owners were a delight and very helpful. Situated close to everything in a lovely family neighborhood. It's has everything-pool, outdoor dining and kitchen, fire pit, great sun and shade cover, games and my favorite was the coffee bar! Perfect for all families from young to old. See you next year hopefully!

Our cape cod vacation was perfect at this home! It was well equipped with everything we could imagine for our toddlers. The basement was perfect for them to explore all the toys and knowing it had a soft floor/walls from any danger. Also equipped with high chairs, utensils, bowls, and a bottle drying rack! Everything is just as nice as shown in the pictures with well updated rooms and appliances. We loved the back yard for hanging around the fire pit and dinner outside. Yuliya was easy to communicate with and was prompt in answering any questions. We look forward to staying again!

A true gem to stay at ! This place was so beautiful! Our host was amazing! We celebrated my son's 3rd birthday with friends and family and everyone was in love with the place!
Bedrooms were very comfy! House was spotless and they had so much to do ! If you have kids don't bring toys ! They have lots of toys for kiddos to be entertained! Hostess thinks of everyone! Which we love !!! Honestly best place we have ever stayed in ! We would definitely book again with them !

We went on a whim for a few nights with my in laws and kids. Enough space for everyone and modern things throughout that people spent the first 30 minutes exploring the inside before heading to the pool. Was easy to use the home, and has the outside cape look with modern things inside including teapot ( kids love morning tea) and an instant coffee maker and coffee pot also. We used everything, the outside deck, outside dining, pool and fire pit. The pit was great, that is probably my favorite part to sit there in the quiet and relax. We plan to go back, this was a quick few nights we had before Labor Day and hope next year to do a full week here.

We had a great stay! This property was very clean. The kids favorite part of the house was the massive playroom downstairs. The adults favorite part was the coffee bar and outside deck seating! The lights in the house are incredible. We would love to stay again!

This home was supremely clean and well appointed - from the comfortable beds to the wonderful dining tables and new kitchen. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought and care into making this a wonderful experience, both inside the home and outside in the big back yard and pool. Nice pool towels, ample phone/device chargers, and the coffee bar are great perks!

What a beautiful vacation home! It's tucked away on a calm, quiet street with no busy traffic-perfect for a relaxing family getaway. As soon as you step inside, you're immediately impressed by the attention to detail and thoughtful design choices. Every corner of the house reflects the owners' care and effort to create a truly luxurious and comfortable experience.

We stayed for two nights with our family, including our two young children, and the house had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked-not just with appliances, but also cooking oils, seasonings, and even coffee options. The coffee corner was especially impressive, clearly curated for guests to enjoy a café-style experience right at home.

The beds were extremely comfortable, and each bedroom was stylish and cozy. There's a convenient layout: one bedroom with a full en suite bathroom downstairs, and two additional bedrooms upstairs that share a modern bathroom with a shower.

There was also plenty of space for the kids to run around and play, both inside and outside. We loved relaxing on the spacious sectional couch with the giant TV-perfect for family movie nights. The basement is currently being developed into a play area and home theater, and we're already excited to return once those features are complete!

Outside, we took full advantage of the grill and the private pool. The kids especially enjoyed the splash pad, which was made even better by the warm water-it was ideal even on a cooler day.

The location was another huge plus. The beach was just a short drive away, and there were plenty of nearby places to explore.

Communication with the host was excellent-everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out, and the house was clean and well-maintained. We highly recommend this home to other families or groups looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway!

I've been to several rental homes over the years but I was very impressed with this home in West Yarmouth. It had so many amenities that made this stay so fun and special. From the spacious deck, backyard hammock, large dining area for the family, gorgeous pool to the comfortable contemporary furniture, large screen tv, luxurious bedding and a great size kitchen with state of the art appliances. My favorite was the coffee station of course! The hosts took great detail to think of everything we would need to make our stay comfortable and we really had a wonderful time. It was clean, spacious, well decorated and I can't wait to come back for another stay!
