Unwind in this beautiful, newly updated WATER VIEW HOME on the Hyannis/Yarmouth line situated only 120 yards to the private neighborhood Highland Street beach! The first floor includes an open living/dining/ kitchen area and dry bar. The kitchen is full of the utensils needed for cooking and grilling. Plates, utensils, and cups for young children are provided as well. Access to the patio is near the bar. There is an outdoor seating area with a propane fire table and grill which is perfect for entertaining!

There is a full bathroom with a shower, a laundry room, a separate sitting room with a queen sofa bed, and children’s play area with toys and books on this floor as well. This young BEACHSIDE VACATION home features all the amenities such as CENTRAL AIR Conditioning, a second floor Primary Suite (king bed) with private deck and water views and a grand primary bath with spa tub and walk in shower. There are two additional second floor bedrooms. One has a queen bed and a desk with a 2 monitor work station as well as a child’s crib with gently used infant/toddler mattress, waterproof cover and sheets. The other has a twin bed as well as a bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top). <br /> <br /> The finished walk out lower level of the home offers additional sleeping space (a queen and a twin bed), a game room with pool table, sitting area with a second refrigerator and microwave, and leads to the yard and outdoor shower. Enjoy the beach and popular Hyannis Park area. Sit and watch the boats float by. You will be only a short distance to Tugboats for dining, Baxter’s Boathouse Clams, Trader Ed's for summer entertainment, and Hyannis Marina for boating. Dogs considered upon owner approval.     Gorgeous home in a gorgeous setting! My family had a wonderful time. The house had everything available to prep for a holiday dinner. Pool and ping pong table was a great bonus! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets!

    This home is beyond my expectations! I've rented many homes over the years on the Cape and this is truly #1. I must give a huge thank you to Robert Paul Properties for their amazing prompt responses, understanding when things arise and working with me and the homeowners to stay on top of everything. Kid friendly & dog friendly. What an amazing experience! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I will not rent any other house again. I will look to this home first. Thank you so much ??

    The Residence at Lewis Bay property was just perfect! It was extremely clean and well appointed, they thought of absolutely everything! The views are wonderful, look it was so much fun watching fishing boats and ferries going in and out if the harbor. It's centrally located in a great spot convent for visiting towns all over the cape. The house is very spacious with rooms for parties of all sizes and ages to relax and enjoy. The management was very responsive as well. We had an A plus vacation experience. We hope to return again next year. This house is a true gem. Anyone staying here will not be disappointed!
