Our cottage has been recently renovated and ready for your perfect Cape Cod vacation this summer. There are two bedrooms, one with a brand new luxurious en suite bathroom (which also has its own private deck). There is a hall bathroom and an open living room/ kitchen/ dining room as well as a covered outdoor dining area. In addition, there is a large office which has a pull-out queen sleeper sofa and could be used as an additional bedroom.

The cottage is located within walking distance to the best beaches on Nantucket Sound, in a peaceful pocket neighborhood and is also walking distance to Windmill Beach on Bass River. There is a grocery store and other amenities, including top restaurants, within a few blocks.

We are also close to the Cape Cod Cultural Center, which has many interesting events and exhibits through out the summer, as well as a farmer''s market every Thursday and Saturday.

We are dog friendly and welcome all well behaved pets to enjoy the best Cape Cod has to offer.
