Whether you're coming with family, friends, or just your favorite person, this space is all about comfort, connection, and a whole lot of coastal charm.

Fully renovated in 2025—from the inside out—this cozy 1,000-square-foot cottage features brand-new everything. We’re talking new kitchen, new bath, new windows, new systems, new furnishings… and a fresh new energy that makes it easy to settle in and let vacation mode take over.

The open-concept kitchen and family room make it easy for everyone to gather together, whether you’re whipping up a beach day breakfast, playing a board game at night, or curling up for a movie. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need—including a blender, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and more—and the living area features a Smart TV and plenty of cozy seating.
