I'm Jared — and I'm thrilled to welcome you to what's been my parents' Cape Cod home for more than 40 years. My wife, Narali and I recently got married and we're excited to step into a new chapter by helping our family ensure this special house remains part of ours for years to come.
This home means so much to us because it's filled with cherished memories — summer mornings walking or biking to the beach, evenings gathered around the fire pit, and lazy afternoons exploring everything South Yarmouth offers. We've taken care to make it ready for you: a fully-equipped kitchen, cozy reading nooks in the living room and bonus room, two full bathrooms, and a backyard retreat with an outdoor shower, grill, patio, lawn games and more.
When you stay here, our hope is that you'll feel the warmth, history and care that have shaped this place — and that you'll create your own Cape Cod memories to cherish long after your stay.

Our home is special because it blends family history, comfort, and convenience. It's been in our family for over 40 years, and we're thrilled to share it as we work to keep it in the family for generations to come. The house is equipped with all the essentials—coffee maker, tea kettle, barbecue tools, and baking supplies—so you can cook at home or walk to nearby restaurants for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
The main living room offers a smart TV, board games, and a cozy reading nook, while the bonus room features a large picture window perfect for relaxing or working remotely. All three bedrooms come with fresh linens, pillows, and blankets, and there's plenty of space for air mattresses if needed. With two full bathrooms, you can enjoy a shower or soak in the tub—towels and a hair dryer are provided.
Our backyard is ideal for unwinding after a beach day: rinse off in the outdoor shower, grill dinner, dine on the patio, or sip a cocktail by the fire pit. We also provide bikes, beach chairs, and lawn games. A walking path around the block, leads to the town grounds—home to the Memorial Day Parade and Yarmouth Seaside Festival—or take a short walk to Cape Cod Creamery and shops along Route 28.
Our property is a true Cape Cod retreat—comfortable, family-friendly, and filled with local charm.

The beaches along the Nantucket Sound are known for their calm, warmer waters—perfect for swimming, paddle boarding, or simply relaxing by the shore. Our home has been in the family for over 40 years, and this area holds so many special memories for us.
South Yarmouth offers something for everyone. It's close to several beautiful beaches, public golf courses, fishing spots, family-friendly attractions, and scenic walking trails. We love being able to stroll to the beach, grab ice cream at Cape Cod Creamery or the Lil' Caboose, play mini golf, or spend an evening at Ryan's Amusement Center. There are also plenty of great local restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy to enjoy everything Cape Cod has to offer without going far -- year round!
