    This was the perfect house for our big family. There was so much space for everyone. Beds were so comfy. Sunroom was so pretty even when it was snowy and cold out in yard.

    This house was such a convenient spot for us to be close to everything. Large kitchen allowed our big family plenty of room to all cook together. Furniture and decor all very comfortable and everything was spotless. Looking forward to staying here again in the summer.

    Love this house! My family and i had a great vacation. Hosts cindy and karen were very helpful. House was meticulously clean and so well decorated. Beds were so comfy. I can't wait to come back in the summer. This house is so close to everything. Took us just a few minutes to get to the ferry for a day on Martha's Vineyard

    House was even better than photos! And location was close to the beaches and having the bike trail right there was so convenient for us with the kids! The rail trail is so much fun! The kids also loved the Waterpark which was also so close.

    This was such a great house for our family reunion. Plenty of room and bathrooms for everyone. The deck and patio were great to all eat outside together. Grilling and cooking at the house was perfect to avoid crowds at restaurants. Hosts Cindy and Karen were helpful with lots of different recommendation's. Would easily give this air bnb 5 star review!

    Cindy and Karen are sisters who have both relocated from the north shore approximately 25 and 30 years ago as we fell in love with all Cape Cod and particularly Yarmouth has to offer.     What is special about this property?
    This property has plenty of room for your entire family to be together, yet quiet spots for everyone to have their alone time as well. Maybe you are sitting with a cup of coffee on the deck, reading a book in the sunroom, sipping a glass of wine in the gazebo, while the kids are in the game room playing ping pong, or eating a popsicle in the secret garden found nestled in the trees, you will love the peace and quiet of this great property. Sitting with your loved one on the double swing gazing at the stars, after a great day at the beach, creating memories to last a lifetime. When you are in the large quiet yard, you feel secluded yet are so close to everything cape cod has to offer. Grocery stores, beaches, shopping, restaurants, hiking, biking, pickleball , tennis and more all within a few short minutes so you aren't sitting in summer cape traffic during your vacation.

    What is special about your town?
    Yarmouth has amazing beaches on both the north and south sides of the cape. Grays beach and popular boardwalk for the most beautiful sunsets cape cod has to offer. Seagull beach (favorite among windsurfers)and Smugglers beach are two of the largest and most popular but there are a total of 11 sandy beaches in Yarmouth. Yarmouth also has charming historic homes, lots of family-friendly attractions like mini-golf, Pirates Cove adventure golf, Cape Cod Inflatable park, Whydah Pirate Museum. Yarmouth is located central mid cape, making it the perfect spot to stay while you and your family explore beautiful Cape Cod.
