Nestled between Station Avenue and Route 28 within a quaint Cape neighborhood sits Cape State of Mind. As you approach the home, you will be taken in by the colorful, lush plantings that adorn its exterior. Ascend the steps to the front porch with Adirondack chairs - perfect to start your day in with a cup of coffee or end your day with an adult beverage in hand while you people watch. The bright interior instantly takes you in with luxurious appointments from a recent renovation that exist within a space that welcomes you to feel at home.<br/>The living room to the left has an amazing sectional sofa that is the length of the room and can seat everyone with room to spare! Gather to watch a game on the local cable channels or cuddle up at night to stream a movie the whole family will enjoy.<br/>Past the living room is the dining area with seating for six people at the table and another four seats at the nearby breakfast bar which borders the kitchen. Take your meal, drinks or just conversation out into the screened in porch that connects to the dining room. With plenty of comfortable seating, everyone can enjoy the gentle breeze of a Cape Cod evening while the chef of the group cooks on the nearby gas grill.<br/>Back inside the home, the kitchen is open to the dining room and offers everyone the opportunity to stay connected while preparing a meal or mixing drinks for guests. The brand new stainless steel appliances and sleek surfaces allow modern conveniences for whoever immerses themselves in the space.<br/>Beyond the kitchen is a full bathroom with shower (Bathroom #1) and the first of four bedrooms. Bedroom #1 offers a Queen sized bed and multiple entry points as it connects to the kitchen and the front entry hall of the home.<br/>On the upper level of this home, you will find the remaining bedrooms and Bathroom #2 which is a full bathroom with tub. Bedroom #2 is a spacious room appointed with a King sized bed and Twin bed with trundle as well. The perfect space for parents who need to keep the little ones close! Bedroom #3 is a bunk room with a Twin over Double set up and additional Twin trundle beneath. Bedroom #4 occupies a large space of the upper level, with King sized bed and huge walk in closet as well.<br/>Venture outside and across the private yard space and you will find the fire pit area with Adirondack chairs adorning the circular space around it. Next to this is the oversized outdoor shower which is completely enclosed and offers hot and cold water.<br/>A few steps away is the former garage which was transformed into The Hidden Gem Pub. Four bar height chairs saddle up to the bar with a high top table and additional four backless stools nearby. There is a smart TV with streaming capabilities and an arcade basketball game as well.
