This condominium/cottage has all the amenities of a home at the beach. It is truly a piece of heaven—maximum capacity for four adults, two coupled, or a family of 5. The Beach Bank Condominiums are tastefully landscaped with white picket fences, brick walkways, and rose-covered arbors. Invite additional guests to the shared barbecue cooking and picnic area on the lower deck. We are located in West Yarmouth, Massachusetts, on Nantucket Sound in the Lewis Bay area overlooking Colonial Acres beach.
A (2 bedroom) Beach Bank Condominium (2 Queen Beds) w/1 full bath, and 1 Sleep sofa in the living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, electric range, toaster, coffee maker, microwave.
The house has (DSL) a direct service line to the internet and a router (WIFI) for wireless Internet access, 2 TV/VCRs, Central A/C, and plenty of hot water, a private and community grilling and dining areas, and an ample living/dining room space, which opens to a large deck facing Lewis Bay Sound.
A spectacular oceanfront at the beach located in mid-Cape Cod. An immaculate facility. The maximum capacity is for four adults and room for one child.
A peak season Saturday to Saturday weekly rental during the peak season from July 1 to September 1.
And Spring Off-Season from May 1 to July 1 and Fall Off-Season from September 1 to November 1.

    My Happy Place

    We love West Yarmouth and the Beach Bank Condo. We have stayed several times over the years and it never disappoints. Very clean, five minute walk to the beach, close to everything and a beautiful view. The owner, Dale, is so accommodating and friendly. Julie from Waterfront Rentals put it all together perfectly. We felt very welcome and plan to visit again in the future.

    Amazing

    This property was just perfect. Enough room for our family, especially when we got some rain. It's very clean, has an ice maker (which was key for us), lots of space to spread out. It's bigger in person! The private deck is also bigger in person and so relaxing to sit out on. The beach is a close walk over the bridge. The water is very clean and great for families since it's always shallow. Stay to the right of the beach and you will be able to jump into the channel. The host was very thoughtful, did a check in with us, and even left us fresh flowers and a bottle of wine. show more show less

    Exceptional views and comfort

    What a great week at this condo. The views from the deck are astounding and actually visible from inside as well through the panoramic windows. It takes 2 minutes to get on the beach. What is so great is that the views give you breathtaking shots of nature at high and low tide, ships making their way to the harbor and beach views across a little foot bridge. Everything was immaculate and furniture and bedding so comfortable. We can't wait to return. I would even consider a winter week if available. It is magical and so relaxing. show more show less

    My husband and I love this place... the views are immaculate the ocean is footsteps away. Located in quaint neighborhood next to great restaurant and great shopping. The condo is perfect, clean with everything you will ever need for a romantic vacation. We can’t wait to go back.

    "The house was beautiful, the views from the sliders even more so. I could lie in bed and watch the ferries come and go. It was large enough for four or five with cathedral ceilings and open floor plan making it seem larger while still being comfortable. One cool night we used the fireplace to good effect. It was located on a cul de sac, quiet except for all the birds and the ocean sounds. We biked, kayaked and windsurfed essentially from the front door. Close to Hyannis restaurants and the Melody Tent, Julio Eglesias and Jim Gaffigan were hilarious. " show more show less

    I'm a retired educator and taught in public schools for 40 years.
    I've worked with a vacation rental for about 20 years.
    It all began with a timeshare in 1999 and I was so impressed as to how it relieved my stress and tension.
    I've enjoyed my weekly escapes to the Cape ever since.

    What is special about this property?
    I love nature and the scenery around it. It alleviates my stress with every time I visit. I receive a spiritual connection with the wildlife and nature there. The salty air and sounds of water waves pounding against the shore are relaxing and allow for a deep, healing, restorative sleep. My place must really be shared with friends, relatives and loved ones.
    I enjoy my vacation rental properties and I encourage everybody to visit them someday.

    Millions of years ago, glaciers developed, creating the rugged coastline.
    It is on the coast that the magnetic attraction of the earth brings to people an amazing feeling of peace and calm. I believe it is the magnetic force exerted on the human body which relieves people from stress.
    When I go to the Cape, I get deep, restorative and restful sleep, leaving relaxed and refreshed.
