Just came back from a week at this house and had a great time! Very clean and well kept. It was the perfect size for me and my family. Loved the sunroom, and it had a table big enough for everyone to sit together for meals. Beach was close enough to walk. Quiet neighborhood as well. Definitely will be going back!

We had a wonderful relaxing week at Eric's home. It's difficult to find a pet friendly home and Eric home made you feel very comfortable and relaxing to have our dog with us. Nice neighborhood to have nice walks, walking distance to beach and local shops. House had everything you would need and comfortable for sleeping. Hoping to go back again next year. Thank you!!!

We had a great week in South Yarmouth! Love this location - close to everything. We walked so much. And a quick drive to Dennisport, Hyannis, and Brewster (just be careful of that 28 traffic).

The house was spacious, comfortable and had all we needed. Loved eating out at The Skipper.

In the middle of May, we decided to go away and thought it was impossible to find a place. Well, we stumbled across this gem. They had one week open all summer and we grabbed it. Even better, we were able to bring our dogs! Great yard, awesome outdoor shower and very up to date house. There are two air conditioners that will cool the whole place if you leave them running and leave the bedroom doors open. With the cape weather, we didn't need to use them much.

The kitchen comes well stocked so don't worry about bringing anything other than yourself, sheets and towels.

We had an enjoyable week. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed the enclosed porch and outdoor shower. 10 minute walk to South Middle Beach. Very convenient location.

I rent every year in the cape for July 4th. We decided to go with this house because the house we got last year wasn't available. When we arrived and walked in the door we immediately smelled that it had just been cleaned which was great. But upon further inspection we noticed the furniture was very old. Rips in the couch. A blanket over a chair because it was so ratty. The floors were tile so it wasn't a very cozy feeling and I didn't want my son crawling around on a cold floor. The bedrooms had plenty of room for all of over clothes and such but the decor was just eh. Not charming at all.

We usually spend most of the time outside so when we went to the backyard we quickly realized there was no patio table to lounge at. Just a picnic table. Needless to say we couldn't get comfortable inside or out. I'd say the best part was being able to walk to the beach but for the price I paid, I could've found another house close to the beach and updated with some charm with a patio table. Not. having a washer and dryer was tough for us as well. We ended up leaving 2 days early. show more show less

We really enjoyed our summer vacation - this home met all of our needs. Home is neat, clean, spacious, and has all the basic amenities. Easy bike ride to many beaches and close to restaurants, shopping and fun activities. The owner is easy to work with and quickly responds to emails. We are already looking forward to next year!

We rented this home for the first time and couldn't have been happier. The house has plenty of room, is modern, very neat and clean. The kitchen has everything you would need. The yard was perfect to sit outside and for our dog. It's very private with the fence. The location is great. The beaches were beautiful. Eric was great to deal with. We couldn't have picked a better vacation home!

We love staying at Eric's place. It's in the perfect location for a Cape Cod vacation. Close to the beaches and activities on Route 28 but in a quiet setting off the main roads. It's centrally located for easy day trips to the Upper and Outer Cape. The house is modern and comfortable, and the owner makes updates ever year. We have been staying here on and off since 2004. It's a great place to spend a couple of weeks.

This is truly a wonderful vacation home. Our family (of eight) has been renting this property for the past five years (and can't wait until next year!) The layout of the house is beautiful, very open and spacious, immaculate and well kept! And you can't ask for a better location – very quiet neighborhood, on a dead-end street (great for the kids), yet only a five-minute walk to beautiful beaches and a two-minute drive to shopping and entertainment! The owners are extremely personable and will accommodate you in every way possible. We highly recommend this vacation home to anyone who needs a real "home away from home"! We all love it!!
