View Email Inquiries

The default is to show you only those inquiries you have received in the past year. To see more, change the dates in the “Email date range” field at the top of the page and click the “Update list” button.

There are two ways to view your list of inquiries:

  1. View them “collapsed” so that you see only the basic information:
    • Date the inquiry email was received
    • Rental dates requested by the vacationer
    • Vacationer’s name
    • Vacationer’s contact info including phone number and email address
  2. Click “Expand All” to view all inquiry information, including the vacationer’s “Description of vacation” and “Message to you.”

Archive Email Inquiries

To temporarily remove any inquiries (for example from vacationers with whom you don’t care to remain in touch), check the box to the right of the inquiry under the Archive column, and then click the “Archive” link at the top of the column. This way, only those people with whom you would like to stay in touch are included in the viewable list.
