Why do the inquiries I receive come from jeff@weneedavacation.com instead of from the vacationer’s email address?

If the email were to come directly from vacationer’s email address, your email provider would not recognize the address and may perceive it as spam. Notice that when you reply to the inquiry, your email will automatically be redirected to the vacationer.

I replied to an inquiry I received from my hand-held device, but the reply went back to jeff@weneedavacation.com instead of to the vacationer. Why did that happen?

Due to a shortcoming in some hand-held devices, you must copy the vacationer’s email address from our message and put it in the “To:” field of your reply email.
