A report will be emailed to you with a list of comparable listings and our recommendations about pricing, amenities, photos, the use of special features available to help promote your listing, and other ideas for enhancing the appeal of your listing.

Home Makeover
This takes our consultation service to the next level. If you are interested in redecorating and refreshing your home to enhance your guests’ experience, the home makeover is a fantastic option. We will provide recommendations on décor, decluttering, and simple home improvements to transform your home into the ideal vacation rental. Included is a photo session to showcase your home’s new look.
You can implement our recommendations yourself or, if you need professional help, we can refer you to an interior designer to manage these changes and provide additional services.

Calendar Assistance
We will help you set up your pricing and availability calendar at the start of each booking season and then maintain it for you on a regular basis throughout the length of your subscription. You can just give us a call or send us an email whenever you have a change in your pricing or availability.
