We know there's more to your home than just a few rooms and a view. Our videos tell a story and hit on every emotion of what it’s like to stay there. Can they picture their grandkids walking off the beach and onto your deck? Will they laugh until their sides hurt at your dinner table? Most people rent a home based on these emotions. Any opportunity to capitalize on those emotions puts you one step closer to an inquiry and a booked week - and a paycheck for you!

How we will do it

We will film the highlights of your home's interior and exterior, such as your yard, the views, or the nearest beach. Video service includes filming, editing, and producing a Property Video, enhanced by music and narration, if desired.

We will also share your video on our You Tube channel for additional exposure.

Drone Videos

Available June - August 2023

We offer several drone services, the most popular is a 60-second video that includes aerial videography of the exterior of your home, the views, and local vicinity. The video will be set to music, then uploaded to your property listing. Other packages include ala carte options, please inquire for more information.

We recommended signing up early, as the drone service is only offered May through August.

All of WeNeedaVacation’s drone imagery is shot by a local, FAA certified drone pilot.
