This single-level, two-bedroom, two-bath cottage is located in Quansoo's private residence locale and rests within an even more private, quiet community trust, allowing access to the beach on the western shore of Tisbury Great Pond.
Located well off the beaten track, this area of Quansoo typifies the ''old'' Vineyard of multi-acreage properties with their rural seclusion, reached by dirt roads with views of fields and oceanside saltwater ponds.

A Quansoo Beach gate key, 4 kayaks and a paddleboard are included with your rental.
There are confirmed reservation ferry tickets available for purchase for some of the prime season rental weeks!

Quansoo Beach is a private key/gated Atlantic Beach less than 1/2 mile by water, 7/10 mile if walking, jogging, or driving down the small private road.

The 4 kayaks and paddle board are kept on ''Big Sandy,'' the Trust's private beach 500 yards from the house, a 4-5 minute stroll along the cedar and oak-lined wide footpath and across the open waterside field.
Whether gliding by pastoral farms, exploring Tisbury Great Pond's numerous coves, or paddling to Quansoo Beach, you'll find your time on the Pond and Quansoo Beach a rare and magical gift.
Fishing in either location often rewarding anglers w/sumptuous meals!
Adult life preservers will be hanging on the clothesline and several beach chairs found alongside the house.

All pillows, bed linens, and comforters are supplied as well as personal towels and beach towels.
Air conditioning is supplied by a single split-system unit in the great room that comfortably cools the house.
The house has Comcast/Xfinity cable, high-speed wifi and TV.

The L-shaped deck by the main entry is furnished w/recliner chairs, a large umbrella, and side tables. The picnic table and Weber gas grill are nearby in the yard.
The great room includes an open and fully-equipped kitchen with all standard appliances as well as Cuisinarts (large and mini), chef's knives, and more. Larger cooking pots and serving platters are provided for your lobster and seafood feasts.
There is a round dining table seating four abutting the kitchen as well as an outside picnic table.
The master bedroom wing and the bunk bedroom are on opposite ends of the house, entirely separated by the cathedral-ceilinged great room and kitchen.
Both bedrooms have raised ceilings, the king master bedroom has skylights, a ceiling fan, a smart TV and a private en-suite bath with walk-in shower.
There is a full bath with tub/shower combo off the hallway leading to the bunk bedroom.
The bunk bedroom has a twin-over-full/double bunk bed with the following maximum weight limits on the bunk beds: 200 lb limit on the lower double/full bed, 160 lb limit on the top twin bed.
The stack washer and dryer are in a separate closet and the bedroom has an exterior private entrance to the parking area and backyard.
The enclosed outside shower is on the rear of the house, perfect for personal bathing and rinsing your beach and boating gear after another fun-filled day on the Pond and Quansoo Beach. There's a side yard clothesline for your bathing suits, beach towels, and life preservers.

Saltwater Tisbury Great Pond is one and one-half miles long and up to a 1 mile wide, ringed by horse and produce farms, rural homesites, and nature preserves. Its numerous peninsulas create secluded coves.
