The updated cottage features a waterview of Menemsha Pond/Vineyard Sound and private beach access to Stonewall Beach a 10 minute walk away. It is ideally suited for a couple, but does have a queen size sleep sofa for guests. The rooms are light filled with the warmth of random width oak floors and a pine cathedral ceiling. A screened in porch allows further living space. A Weber gas barbecue is provided. The large, fully equipped kitchen has new appliances and glass front cabinets. The bathroom with a tub/shower unit features a skylight, Corian top vanity, and beadboard wainscoting. A queen size bed and a walk-in closet are found in the bedroom. Mini Split units provide air conditioning and heat. Access to Lucy Vincent and Squibnocket Beaches is available (Stonewall Beach is located between Lucy Vincent and Squibnocket Beaches). The property is very conveniently located (no long dirt roads). It's a 1.5 mile drive to Menemsha or Lucy Vincent Beach. WIFI internet access is provided for the tenant.
