    My husband and I rented the cottage in the month of August. We couldn't be more pleased. The cottage was more than spacious for two, the owners live near by and helped with all the questions we had regarding MV (they were both super nice). The area outside the cottage is great for grilling and chilling on hot summer nights. There is an outdoor shower too, we used daily after beaching. The area is just beautiful, with the beach less than 10 minutes away.
    Super Bonus: there is a flea market across the street ( walking distance) on Wed and Saturday's (skilled vendors selling everything)!
