Upstairs is a king bed master bedroom with attached bath including double sinks, steam shower and soaking tub; queen bedroom; king or twin XL bedroom; twin bedroom; and hall bath with double sinks. Other amenities include an induction stove, washer and dryer, dishwasher, Internet, 4 zone central air-conditioning, a gas grill, outdoor seating and dining for 8, and an outdoor shower. The nicely landscaped yard includes flower and vegetable gardens.

It's an easy 5 minute walk to Collins Beach and the Harbor, or the library and playground with tennis and basketball courts. Half mile to Lighthouse beach, 1.5 miles to State Beach, and 2.5 miles to South beach. 3 blocks to Main St or Edgartown Harbor.

      We had a great vacation and really enjoyed our stay at your house. It indeed had everything we needed and the location was wonderful. Thank you for all your helpful information ahead of time. We were able to do laundry and cook meals without any trouble. The children loved your hens - they provided great amusement (and eggs!). Lastly, we are fellow bibliophiles. My husband read several of your books and my girls enjoyed the selection of children's books. My 9 year old thoroughly enjoyed the rare complete set of Asterix and Obelix comics. show more show less

      Thank you for a wonderful week
      The house and garden are picture- perfect. Our hosts were warm and responsive. We were greeted tomatoes and strawberries from their garden. Plus, it's the Best location in Edgartown.
