This large multi-level fully furnished Island Vacation home has anything and everything to make your vacation easy. Great AC, plenty of rooms, patio and deck space and a yard for your whiffle ball tournament. BBQ grill is ready to go and Ping Pong and Pool table keep guests busy. Great access to Morning Glory Farm and Up Island Adventures.

We rented this home for a family reunion. We had 3 couples and 2 singles in our group and the home was perfect for our group. The kitchen, dining room and living rooms are open spaces where everyone could get together.

There's a slider to the wraparound deck with a private fenced in yard. There is one master downstairs which was prefect for my sister and her husband as he has bad knees. There are three bedrooms upstairs with another master bedroom. Each of the masters has an en suite bathroom and the queen bedroom and twin bedroom share a full bath. There are two half baths as well. One is on the main floor and another in the basement where there's another twin bedroom. The bedrooms are spaced out so that if someone wants to retire early they can do so without being bothered.

The house is within walking distance (approximately 1.5M) to Edgartown center. That's important because parking is always at a premium downtown during the high season. If you decide to drive, please be prepared to circle around until you find a spot. The towns strictly enforce parking so be careful where you park and for how long. There's a 2 hour limit during the day.

Jim was very easy to work with and the house is beautiful. We had 8 people and it easily accommodated us. I highly recommend this house to anyone who has a similar size group. show more show less

My family and friends had a great time on Martha’s Vineyard and while staying at Jim’s home! The house was about a 15 min ride from the ferry dock (my husband actually biked there) and an easy bike ride to the beach. The house is very spacious and well stocked! Plenty of sleeping rooms for everyone and the kids enjoyed the space downstairs and in the loft area. The grill on the back porch was great for our BBQ and the kids ran around the yard! Will return again!

We have been vacationing on the Vineyard for over 20 years now and couldn't be happier with our stay here! The location was perfect (2 miles from the beach not even 2 miles from town) the house was exactly as advertised, and the coordination of our stay with the owners and the property manager could not have been easier or more pleasant. The house was well equipped with absolutely anything you could want or need and to sweeten the place even more everything was very clean and neat.
/>We had a large group - to give you an idea of what this house can easily and comfortably accommodate we had - my parents, 2 sisters and their significant others, my brother his wife and their 2yr old, and myself my husband and our 7 month old - we all had plenty of space for privacy and loved convening in the kitchen/family room space.

Further notes on the location - we walked and biked to town everyday, it is very accessible!! Although most of us drove to the beach as we drive on at Norton Point, there were plenty of occasions people biked to the beach before hopping in a car to drive on. The Katama General Store is only 1 mile away, Morning Glory Farm is right down the road, and the grocery store was an easy drive only taking a few minutes to get to.

We recently rented this house while attending a wedding on Martha's Vineyard. The house was perfect for what we needed. We had lots of family attending the wedding and had a houseful staying there. Plenty of space for everybody. My wife and I stayed in the downstairs master suite and it was a nice spot to get away. The pool table and ping pong table got plenty of use. The downstairs was a great place for the kids to get together and have some fun. Everyone that stopped by admired how nice this house was. The pictures shown for the rental doesn't show how nice and big the house actually is. We will definitely rent this house again. show more show less

Very nice home in convenient location. The open kitchen, dining room and living room work well for families who like to cook. The home has enough private, well appointed bedrooms and bathrooms to make a larger group feel comfortable yet it has a cozy feel so a smaller family will feel at home as well. If you're a cook, you'll like the well appointed kitchen. We all loved the outdoor shower and the easy access to South Beach and Edgartown center. The kids could take their bikes to either place, or they could jog or walk without issue. Biking to Jaws Bridge is a fun adventure. Uber is alive and well on the island so the kids found that extremely convenient after walking around Edgartown in the evening. The ping pong table in the two car garage got a lot of use, and if you're a pool player, you'll love the lower level setup. show more show less

We stayed at this house, last-second, for a weekend in May. It turned out to be perfect. Nice layout with places to hang out together. Plenty of bedrooms. Furniture, bedding all looked new. (Pictures on HomeAway are old I think). House is super clean and had everything we needed. Location is just a few minutes from town. Owner Jim is super flexible and easy to work with. Hope to come back in the Fall!!
